Coral Springs Stay

Property even better than it appears online. Property manager very accommodating and quick to communicate. Will definitely stay here again if we decide to return next July.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Once we learned how to bypass the piercing alarm when going in/out of the sliding glass doors to the pool area, things were good. Nice home with convenient floor plan in a very nice area.

Door alarms for the pool security was way too annoying and loud. There are way better ways to protect the safety of children then the system they have in place. Also, every door in the house made a alarm sound when opened which was also very annoying. Also, when we stripped the bed in the bedroom closest to the front entrance we found the mattress protector covered in dried blood. Can't believe the house keeping staff would not report that and have the cover replaced and burned. It really was pretty discusting.

Executive Golf Vacation Coral Springs FL

Overall this property is well set up for 4 people traveling on a golf vacation. For us it was very conveniently located by our preferred golf course and the amenities were great near by. With respect to the home it was well set up with most things and has a very nice new kitchen. Our main concern was with the overall upkeep of the home as well as the details of cleaning given the huge cleaning cost of 300 dollars. Floors were very dirty as we took a paper towel to wipe up water upon arrival and it was purely black from the kitchen floor. The master bathroom shower was running, the towel rack was missing from the wall and floors not so clean. On the pool deck there were shards of glass and the pool was not circulating as it needed water. Remotes for TV's missing batteries . Fry pans not Induction stove compatible so we used the BBQ to cook . Front door handle hanging off with screws missing. No toaster , wine glasses , few water glasses etc. These are things that are easily rectified to make the next guests experience fantastic. I will say that when we reached out to the house contact he was very understanding and was able to get a plumber to fix the shower and broken toilet, bring us a toaster and glasses as well as a hose to add water to the pool. In summary , this home could very well become an amazing place to stay with a little care and concern over some little details given its size and location. I do believe there should be some compensation for the cleaning services given the lack of cleanliness of the floors as well as the fact that we found a washer full of wet towels.

Beautiful house

We stayed here as a group of 7 and it was more than enough space. The property was well kept and everything you would need was there. Grocery stores and restaurants were about a 5min drive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Location & Neighborhood

This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Great layout with the kitchen and living room opposite all the bedrooms so you don't hear any noise. Beautiful, large house with pull-up driveway. The only problem we had was with the stove, it would keep shutting off on us, otherwise a perfect stay.

Its a nice home only problem I had was that I didn't enjoyed the pool because its not a heated pool and for this time of the year u need a heated pool

House looked exactly like pictures. I messaged property manager my first night still waiting on that response. Many overhead lights didnt work we used lamps. Master shower didnt work so listing should be 1 bath 2 half bath.

I do not recommend it because I tried to talk to the person responsible for the house and I was unable to speak when I arrived at the house It looked like an abandoned house a lot of spiders a lot of garbage in the yard There was a lot of fly and rat The house no look clean
