The host was very attentive. It was very quiet and clean. Everything we needed was there. I plan on coming back. Yes it's a child there but it wasn't no problem and for the people who don't have kids it's not that serious. We made it to work on time and great sleep. Beautiful people.

Another successful experience at this location. We arrived and were accommodated promptly. The house was clean and in order. The host was kind and attended to our needs reference the property, which there were no major issues. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. A great getaway for the weekend and an environment where you can relax.

I think the only issue was that it felt like there was a little bit of dust or debris around the flooring and I assume that may have been from renovations and we didn't find a broom to be able to sweep things up but overall very cute and comfortable little place. Wasn't aware that it was attached to the hosts home from the pictures it seemed separate but super

Thank you for leaving your honest review. I will make sure for future stays that I keep the broom and dust pan in the closet. The description should have stated it is a private basement. However I will make that correction.

This property is clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. You can easily travel to Baltimore for sight seeing, and the mall for events, dining and shopping. My family and I were very comfortable. The owner attended to any concerns promptly. I highly recommend this location.

Nice longer-term stay

Apartment worked great for a short term job in the area. Good location in a nice neighborhood. Photos and description of the unit were accurate. Communication with the host was excellent.

The photos are accurate but it’s it felt like you were staying with family rather than a new or hotel like feel. For example, there was old dried toothpaste on the bathroom faucet. And my son did not feel comfortable using the extra covers in the closet, which were old. I will say the bedroom was my favorite part of my stay. You can tell that particular bedding and the mattress were newer. The room was completely dark at night, it was such a comfortable sleep. My only other issue was the dog that roamed the yard with no leash, and the dog poop in the grass leading toward the back door. Make sure you step on the stones, which at some points were pretty far apart. I had to really stretch to be able to step in some places, and I’m 6’1. Other than that, the neighborhood was safe and beautiful.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I have to remind my daughter to keep the dog on the leash and clean behind him. As far as the blankets. I should have given you specific directions of were the clean comforters were located. I will make sure that my housekeeper does a thorough cleaning in the bathroom. Truly appreciate your honest feedback

Okay but not great

First of all to get to the door for the entrance of the property you had to go all the way around back they had pavers but some of them were so far apart I couldn't manage some of the lighting was poor when it didn't come on inside was fine except for the bathroom I had to take showers over at my son's house because it was a long step up into the bathtub a good foot and a half and then coming down out of the bathtub yet go up over and then come back down another foot and a half if you're a senior citizen do not rent this place.

Yes you are correct this is not suitable for seniors. I will consider including to install steps to get in the shower and rail. I will include this information to make other guest interested in the unit about the high step up bathtub. Thank you for your honest review.
