Composed of a living room, a kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with separate toilet, a large terrace and a swimming pool, the residence is fenced and has all the comforts:

The rooms can accommodate between 5/6 people maximum. The first has a 180x200 bed (2 mattress 90cm) and 1 sofa bed (BZ 1place), the 2nd bedroom with a large double bed in 140 and 1 single bed. All bedding is new, the sheets can be provided as an option. room overlooking the pool. The terrace is equipped with an 8 seater garden furniture and barbecue. 6 chairs are arranged around the pool.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable Une maison très très propre et au calme Un très bel accueil du propriétaire Yvon qui nous a gentiment offert des légumes de son potager, que demander de plus. En plus d’être discret il est très sympathique !! Une piscine immense et super propre, franchement nous reviendrons c’est certain 😀

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Sie war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls im Objekt. Er ist hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen; ruhig, aber mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Un rêve - ein Traum

Nous avons passé deux semaines avec nos enfants de 6 ans dans ce magnifique logement. Le logement était conforme à la description, il est très bien équipé, propre et situé au calme. Pour les enfants comme pour nous, la piscine était bien sûr le point fort. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons certainement. Merci Yvon pour tout ! Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unseren sechsjährigen Kindern in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Für die Kinder wie auch für uns war der Pool natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Yvon, für alles!

Zeer aangenaam

Wat hebben wij genoten van het huis en de omgeving! Het grote pluspunt is het zwembad van 6x 12. Het huis zelf ( je huurt het onderste deel van de villa) is prima uitgerust en je kunt heerlijk onder de overkapping ontbijten en eten/ bbq’en. Een bakker en supermarkt liggen op loopafstand van het huis. De omgeving heeft alles en op korte afstand: mooie natuur en leuke (bad)plaatsen castellet, sanary, bandol, cassis, ciotat. Ook het enthousiasme, gastvrijheid en discretie van gastheer Yvon zorgt voor een aangenaam verblijf. De twee flessen rosé bij aankomst waren snel op! Erik & Gaby

Dans ce super logement, sous le logement du propriétaire, qu'on ne voit quasiment jamais (mais qui est présent immédiatement lors d'une avarie : petit problème de chasse d'eau, réparé dans l'heure). Nous revenons d'une semaine de congés et c'est DE LOIN le meilleur sejour que j'ai passé dans le sud.Yvon est un hôte aux petits soins pour ses locataires toujours disponible, arrangeant et à l'écoute tout en restant discret, il connait la région comme sa poche et pourra vous indiquer les meilleurs spots à visiter. Nous étions entre amis et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et de la villa, le critère pour nous était d'avoir une piscine pour nous, je confirme que c'est bien le cas ! Par ailleurs, si vous recherchez le calme et la sérénité tout en profitant de moments de détente autour de la piscine, n'hésitez plus et réservez les yeux fermés. La région est superbe ! Séjour très agréable dans une propriété confortable et au calme.

Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire. Endroit calme et pourtant proche des grands axes et des commerces (même à pied). La résidence est spacieuse, très propre et fraîche. Wunderbare Wochen in Le Beausset

In diesem Haus fühlt man sich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl. Die Wohnung hat die durch das Online-Inserat geweckten Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett sehr gut ausgestattet und Gläser, Geschirr und Besteck sind sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Für unsere kleine Enkelin (13 Monate) waren alle Babymöbel vorhanden ( toller Kinderhochstuhl, Wickelauflage und Kinder-Reisebett). Ein Highlight ist die Aussenanlage mit dem tollen großen Pool und exclusiven Liegestühlen. Die überdachte Terrasse mit 2 Tischen und bequemen Stühlen bietet bis zum Sonnenuntergang die Möglichkeit im Schatten alle Mahlzeiten im Freien einzunehmen. Der nahe Ortskern von Le Beausset mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nahen Strände aber auch das nahe Hügelland bietet schöne Abweschlungen für sämtliche Aktivitäten. Der Vermieter is sehr liebenswürdig und immer hilfsbereit für Tipps und Ratschläge. Wie haben die Tage im Ferienhaus sehr genossen und können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir hoffen im nächsten Jahr zurückzukehren,

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren schon beim reingehen auf den Hof sehr begeistert. Den Kindern gefiel der Pool und der Garten. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Und der Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Très beau gite spacieux et confortable. Sans oublier l'espace extérieur très agréable: grande terrasse ombragée, barbecue, et une très belle piscine (dommage que nous n'ayons pu en profiter à cause d'une meteo fraîche !). L'environnement est reposant, à quelques minutes à pieds seulement des commerces. Il y a énormément de choses à voir. Nous avons suivi les conseils avisés d'Yvon. eine wunderschöne Unterkunft / une belle maison de vacances

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß beim Bäcker oder beim Supermarkt Es war so gut, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen möchten. Merci pour les belles vacances
