Pratique pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage

Plage de sable avec des galets pour rentré dans l’eau. Prévoir chaussures. Commerces à proximité pratique, marché de journée et nocturne bien.

Maison inssalubre sale une odeur de moisi dans toute la maison mon epouse a du aller a la pharmacie pour cause allergie du au degat des eaux enterrieure fuite en dessous de l evier invasion d asticots et de fourmi rouge sur l evier de cuisine matelat avec des aureoles de pipi sur le matela et pas de parking a proximiter de la location photo a l appui

Nous sommes ravis de cette location. Il ne manque rien. Tout est en nombre suffisant. Belle vaisselle, verres à pied. Lave linge et lave vaisselle, très appréciable.

Situation parfaite pour explorer les alentours qui demandent du temps , entre plage chateaux le marché de perpignan ou visiter sigean et son parc l,espagne tres proche L,appartement est complet quand a l,infrastucture machine a laver le linge vaisselle gaz si l,on veut faire la popote , Il faut juste Aerer en arrivant une demi heure et tout est parfait

Die Gegend ist sehr schön und das Meer ist auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar das war es auch wert. Nur schade das daß Haus nicht so gut war. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte nicht gut. Haus Dame war sehr nett und hilfsbereit brachte noch eine Kaffeemaschine und staubsauger 😊 sowie Schlüssel Übergabe war auch in Ordnung. Haus Dame spricht leider nur französisch. Das Haus selbst ist für 8 Personen nicht geeignet, wir waren 5 und das war schon zu klein. (schade) wie schon von anderen Gästen bewertet war das Haus nicht in einem guten Zustand. Sehr alte Möbel... Toiletten Deckel defekt. Umgebung wetter und Meer top

L'équipement du logement est vieux et insuffisant, voire défaillant. Et l'entretien laisse à désirer. Malgré un emplacement excellent, le lieu reste donc d'un intérieur peu accueillant.

+ Proximité de la mer (200 m) + ballon d'eau chaude bien dimensionné (pour 3 personnes) - Propreté de la maison. - mobilier ancien, rustique, peu pratique et pas assez de rangement. - Chambre exigue surtout celle avec lits superposés (largeur 1.4m). - Literie douteuse (2 traversins hors d'usage). - Cuvette WC cassée - Le gaz s'allume avec des allumettes !! - Pas de sortie de bain, 1 pastille au total pour lave-vaisselle.....
