「Serenity By The Sea」は、息をのむような3階建てのタウンホームです。 ベッドルームは2つの上のレベルにあり、各レベルには独自のロフトがあります。 3階には、家族全員または友人グループが楽しめるフーズボールテーブルとメディアルームがあります。

1階には、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、カスタムキャビネット、ガスレンジを備えた魅力的で設備の整ったグルメキッチンがあります。 広いダイニングエリアと広々としたリビングルームは裏庭のベランダに面しています。 そこには、輝くプール、バーベキューグリルのあるピクニックエリア、ハンモック、リラックスできる快適な椅子、そしてもちろん美しい白い砂浜があります！

The view was amazing and the beach was like powdered sugar under our feet. Well appointed kitchen and beachfront views from bedrooms on each floor.

Enjoyed our stay on the beach and the house accommodated our needs. The down side was that there were no Hand Rails on any of the steps going to the 2nd & 3rd floors, and garage doors didn’t work and were partially open. To say it accommodates 14 people and have minimal spaces for cars was hard. I’m sure this had something to do with the last hurricane and that they are still in the fixing stages. But would have been nice if we were told ahead of time. Once these items are fixed it will be a nice place to stay.

Great beach gateway

Took our mom for her birthday, and had a great time. The place was big enough for 8 of us and the views were incredible.

Great Get Away Rental!

This was a great vacation property - it was extremely clean and very well stocked in a nice Key West/beach style right on the spacious soft sandy beach. Master bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the property and the owner was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The dolphins made regular appearances and the sunsets were great.

Quirky beach house with an ideal location

We loved the location of this place. The house setup is kinda strange and wouldn't have a lot of privacy for multiple families, but it worked great for our girls' weekend.

Great location

The location made this vacation everything we expected! We had small children and the trek to the beach and back was a delight and able to be done all day, every day! It took most of the work out of traveling to the beach with children, which is exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend!

Loved it! We will be back! View of the Gulf was breathtaking. There was a full moon glistening on the water, stunning.

Perfect vacation in paradise!

We throughly enjoyed having the convenience of having the beach and pool in such close proximity to the beach house. My two small children would go back and forth all day pool and beach and it made it a stress free vacation, thus maximum enjoyment was achieved. Additionally being from Tampa I can attest that Sunset Beach is still a hidden gem within our Gulf beaches. Love it!

Great get away!

The manager, Joanne, was tremendously responsive. The beach house was very clean, appliances and cookware provided all our needs for a family of five adults. PLENTY of spaces for all of us who worked remotely and a surprisingly fast wifi. Excellent location just footsteps from the beach and a sense of privacy as the beach was never occupied by others. Would recommend this VRBO. Trish

Loved the location. Not too touristy. Beach not too busy. If you get some chairs from the garage and put them out early, others will put theirs elsewhere and maintain your view of the beach. Be careful at the top of the spiral stairs as the sub-floor is caving in. Other than that - great stay.

Million dollar view

We enjoyed our weeks stay. We would welcome staying again because of the location and the view.. The unit itself was outdated.. needs new king mattress and pillows and window blinds, among other things. The outdoor deck railings need replacing. Upon arriving, found a dead rat in the middle of the garage. In the kitchen, a live palmetto bug and tiny ants.

Amazing Beach Home

We just spent a week in this amazing beach home! Everything we needed was supplied for us! Everything in the house worked fantastic! It is a very spacious home with a view to die for! Joanne greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming. Throughout the whole experience of renting to questions during the week she was very responsive. LOVED this place and would recommend to anyone interested in a fantastic beach home. We will definitely return.

The Property was Excellent!

The property was excellent! We loved the location; the beach was never crowded. The photos were very accurate. The kids loved the spiral staircase to their room. I loved that the master bedroom was located with the gulf view. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I would avoid this property for anyone that has trouble with stairs. Hope to come back again. There aren't many places where you feel like you have the beach to yourselves.

Fabulous beach, responsive owner

Beach was wonderful - shallow entry to gulf - you can wade way out in the water. Sunsets were exquisite. Home has an extraordinarily well equipped kitchen and very adequate bedrooms and baths. Overall, home is a bit tired and in need of maintenance, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the beach and area. Several maintenance problems arose while we were there (HVAC did not work, oven did not work, pool leaked), however, in each case, the owner responded promptly and repairs were made.
