Ammattimaisesti sisustettu, tÀysin remontoitu mökki, jossa 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, sijaitseva kylÀssÀ Hawks Cayssa, auringonlaskun ajamisella. VietÀ loma nauttien upeista auringonlaskuista heti toisella parvekkeella. Sisustus on kokonaan uusittu. Uudet huonekalut, vuodevaatteet, lattiat, graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistetut laitteet, Samsung-televisiot ja paljon muuta. Rakastat ehdottomasti majoitusta, joita mökki tarjoaa sinulle ja vieraillesi. Suunnittelijamme ja urakoitsijamme suunnittelivat sen sinun mielessÀsi! Tule rentoutumaan kanssamme upeassa Florida KeysissÀ.

Keittiö on avoin ruokasalille ja olohuoneelle, joka on avoin ja ilmava. Luonnonvalo suodattaa sisÀÀn ikkunoista ja liukulasiovi-ovista. TÀmÀ avautuu omalle seulomallesi patiolle, josta on nÀköala Duck Keyn ja Tomin sataman kristallinkirkkaisiin vesiin. Istu terassilla kummassakin kerroksessa ja nauti unohtumattomia auringonlaskuja. Keittiö on tÀysin varustettu kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset loman aikana ruokailla, jos valitset.

Olohuoneessa on LÀnsi-Indies-aihe ja se on varustettu vuodesohvalla, kahdella syvÀllÀ istuttavalla tuolilla ja 52 "Samsung-TV: llÀ, surround-ÀÀnellÀ, Blu-Ray-soittimella ja iPod-telakalla, ilmaisella WiFi-yhteydellÀ ja yli 100 HD-kanavalla nautinnoksi!

Yksi tÀrkeimmistÀ syistÀ Florida KeysistÀ on tullut lomakohde itÀrannikkoille. SÀÀ on kaunis ympÀri vuoden Duck KeyssÀ, keskimÀÀrÀiset lÀmpötilat 70-luvulla koko talven.

Gorgeous location!

This condo is so beautiful! It was the perfect space for our family plus grandparents - spacious and clean. We loved all the access to outdoor space. The kitchen was well-equipped and you could not beat the sunset. The Cabana Club was fun and the beach was great! We also loved Sombrero Beach. Owners were friendly and responsive as well. We are already talking about our next visit.

Perfect!

This property is just as listed--extremely clean, updated and the location is beyond perfect! Sunset views every night and convenient to all Keys activities. We visited Key West for the day and also enjoyed the water sports that are located across the street. There are two restaurants at Hawks Cay which is in walking distance and open to the public-we enjoyed the meals at both. Jarod was amazing to work with--communication was great and he was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

A Week in Duck Key

The property was in excellent shape – clean, updated and well equipped. The location is great – just a short drive to beaches and restaurants. The two patios offered fabulous views of the water. Actually, the pictures do not do the property justice. We had two issues during our stay. First, the Keurig coffee maker would not turn on. Maintenance picked up the Keurig to get it cleaned, descaled, and whatever. It worked fine after it was returned. Great response! The other issue was that one of the TVs in the bedroom would not power on. The manager said: “It’s not something that I’ll be able to address during your stay”. So I paid to rent the place and didn’t get everything that was in the description. Not cool. No adjustment was offered. Not cool. If the TV wasn’t an issue, I would have easily given the property a 5/5. I know that things break, but management didn’t seem to think it was import to honor their commitment or make adjustments.

while the house was at a great location there was a fewproblems.1. We had six people in the house but there was only one..9 inch pan to cook breakfast. the rest of the cookwarelooked ancient, black and not useable.2. My husband and I stayed on the low level because the stairs were a little steep. They should have a carpet on each step for stability.3. my husband and I stayed down stairs in the small bedroom because of the steps. I was so small, the bedwas shoved against the wall and I who needs to get up during the night had to climb down to the edge to get out.

Amazing little cottage.

The place was spotless, had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The list of suggestions are great. Extremely easy to get in and out with an amazing view of the little bay, host was great to deal/communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!!!

An excellent rental in an amazing location. More than enough space for our family of six. And the two decks overlooking the water with prefect sunset views would be tough to beat. Away from the crowds of bigger islands/towns, but close enough to towns for restaurants, grocery stores, and fun tours/excursions.

Snubs trip

Very well maintained,had everything we needed. Blue book was well prepared with rules and suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We would only suggest a griddle of some kind to cook pancakes or eggs. Overall it was great.

Beautiful views and comfortable beds

The views are beautiful - especially the top floor and the beds were very comfortable. Good Variety of small kitchen tools/appliances. The house could use a refresh (dark and dated furniture) and there were some dusty areas of house (especially bathroom)

Read All Details of the Listing and Ask Questions before Confirming.

Three couples traveling together. Mattresses need updating. If the use of a pool is important, this is not the place to stay. Our major issue was with the 'Pool' listed in amenities. FYI it is an 8mi drive to this Pool! Not child friendly! Not adult friendly! Pool is size one would have in your backyard! Six adults were treated like 8 year old's who were in Detention in school! We were courteous and patient but property manager/drill Sargent Ellie would not let us speak. We tried to explain why we were there but she repeatedly interrupted us, not listening to our very simple question. Example - she yelled at us to look at her while she was talking! because one of our group turned to look at the pool area. I could go on.... We are not sure if Management requires her to guard this very small pool like it's Fort Knox or if she is just high on having authority, but there was no cause for the rudeness and insulting behavior. The 20 minutes left a very bad taste with all of us. Although condo is located in Hawks Kay property, we suggest Owner HIGHLIGHT there is NO access to ANY of the Hawks Kay facilities (including Pool, Spa, Beach and Restaurant) and forego the little pool 8 miles away completely. We were wrong to assume the drive to this little pool would be worthwhile as being comparable to Hawks Kay! Some of this information is provided after you confirm your reservation but doesn't tell the real story.

Christmas in the Keys

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome celebrating my youngest son's birthday and Christmas. The home had everything we needed and was well cared for. We had great views of the sunset over the harbor each night and the neighborhood is clean and quiet.

Thanksgiving Paradise

This place was so nice!!! Loved the sunsets and was well equipped with all the things you needed. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The Cabanna Club membership that comes with the Condo was great (it is 7 miles down the road, but who cares we were on vacation) We sunbathed, ate there and swam in the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place. Loved IT!!

The location was good for traveling to Key Largo and to Key West. Everything was clean. Caution that the steps going to the 2nd level with the two bedrooms is steep and narrow.

Our names are John and Brenda Carter. We have three sons who we are very proud of and 6 grandchildren. Our family is our biggest blessing in life. Our best memories as a family have been spent together diving and fishing the waters of the Florida Keys.

Over the last few years, we have started purchasing, renovating and renting our properties as vacation rentals. It is a business that we really enjoy and find it very fulfilling. As business owners in the South Florida area for over 35 years, we entertained guests in the Duck Key area and feel it is one of the most desirable locations in the Florida Keys.

Our property is conveniently located in the middle of the Keys, between Islamorada and Marathon Key, on Duck Key in the Village of Hawks Cay. It is very easy to go to Islamorada and spend the day shopping, sightseeing and having dinner and then head to Key West the next day. While it is in the heart of the Keys, you are still on an island which provides you with the privacy you expect when wanting to get away and take in the laid-back lifestyle the Florida Keys is known for.

No matter what your agenda for your next vacation, Duck Key and the surrounding area has something for everyone and that is the primary reason for our purchase.

We have the best cleaning staff around, who shares our high standards. The Cottage is equipped with everything you'll need to spend the weekend, the week or over a month with us comfortably.
