Great Stay, Excellent Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good stay overall. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and in a good location. The rooms are quite small, but perfectly sufficient and comfortable for our needs.We also really appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival — it was good wine and a very nice touch. Communication was excellent. I had an issue that required a phone call, and it was handled with a lot of patience, kindness, and support, which we really appreciated.The only downsides for us were the mattress, which was very soft (we personally prefer firmer mattresses), and the price. The price was comparable to what we would expect to pay for a good hotel room directly on the oceanfront and boardwalk, so we felt it was a little high for this type of accommodation.Overall, though, it was a very pleasant experience and we were happy with our stay.

The location is fantastic with a little ocean view and right on the main walking paths by Lover’s Point. The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive with great customer service. I would stay here again.

The place is in a great location, just across the street from the ocean. It is clean and comfortable with easy access. The only issue we experienced was that a neighboring property was being renovated and there was a bit of construction noise. Fortunately it was during the day and the work seemed to end at reasonable times each day. Overall, we would enjoy staying here again.

definitely a cozy place to stay! what a treat to be able to walk a long the bluffs to lovers point at sunrise and sunset. this vrbo is a very high value. parking and access was easy and the owner is definitely a professional and has thought of everything to make your stay as convenient as possible. would definitely book again!! :)
this is the beach at dusk 50 yds away at most.

Perfect little place, amazing location

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. We loved the amazing location! We could walk right out the door with our morning coffee to take in the breathtaking views!

We enjoyed the location of Mermaid Loft. Easy drive to Carmel By The Sea and 17-Mile Drive. The space was plenty big enough for my husband and myself. Having a full kitchen is a big advantage, as the area is pricey.

A Great Stay on Monterey Bay

This property was perfect, all the comforts of home and decorated to match the surrounding area. A very nice view from the living room. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Little Bugalow

This was a perfect location and place for 2 people. Very clean and newly renovated. Beachy decor was great and the wine and cheese arrival gift was extra special.

Wife's birthday at Mermaid loft

My wife and I both loved the total beach vibe of the place. My wife especially loved the mermaid theme. Place exactly as described, perfect for a couple and a long weekend. Would definitely come back.
