Thanks for a wonderful weekend! The room with 4 twin beds worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Comfortable seating to relax by the TV. Perfect for a Halloween weekend visit to our Stout student.

Location and cleanliness! Very accommodating…only issue was we did not get check in/out info prior too but host got it to us quickly when we messaged.It was great!

The stay was good, lots better than being in a cramped hotel room and appreciated being able to make meals together with the kids.Was pretty quiet, appreciated the coffee also! Didn’t see any spare garbage bags so we bought some more but maybe it was an oversight, not really a big deal.

The property was exactly as represented online. We like the ability to walk to coffee shops, the local co op, and a grocery store. Great little downtown area.Only suggestion I have if having a few more cooking utensils. We'll definitely return.

Great for flexible and flowing family

We were here for a family wedding with various family members coming and going — some for an afternoon visit, some for overnight. Our 89-year-old matriarch even stayed for one night. It accommodated everyone’s needs nicely and was in a great location for easy access to restaurants, the movie theater and the wedding held in a nearby small town.

Great spot for a family

We stayed at the house for a basketball tourney in Menomonie and it was great. Super close to the gyms, also very close to some grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed some of the hiking trails around the area as well. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We really appreciate having a kitchen to cook in and access to laundry. The laundry is shared with the upstairs tenant, but it wasn't ever an issue for us. We did have to run to the store to buy shower soap, shampoo etc as that was not provided. We also brought our own ground coffee and laundry soap. The checkout instructions are easy to follow, and the hosts were very responsive when we had a request.

Great location! Lovely home. Great atmosphere.

This first floor of a home is located on a quiet street a very pretty, very quick ten minute walk to downtown Menomonie. It is a charming place to stay with sleeping accommodations for 8. (One queen and six single beds - one a bunk.) The kitchen is nicely layed out and the appliances all work. Plenty of room in the fridge for all one might wish stored during a stay. Water comes out plenty hot to wash dishes or take a shower. One of the showers is a walk in while the other has a tub should a soak be required after a day puttering about on Lake Menomen. I was working during our stay here (5 days) and when a fire delayed one day's work, the property owner graciously extended checkout time by several hours as it was not to be occupied immediately after our stay ... a grace for which we were grateful. The owner was easy to contact for questions, the property a lovely, nicely decorated place. All in all the highest possible rating I could give for a place to stay in Menomonie.

Great Place to Stay for Stout Activities

This was a very cute and convenient place to stay near Stout. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

A perfect day for anything you need to do at UW Stout.

The house worked very well for a graduation weekend. We could have family time in a living room, and have crock pots going in the kitchen for people to eat at any time. The two bathrooms were fantastic to have with a group of people staying. The bathrooms were very nice. are very nice.

Visit with my student at UW-Stout

We stayed here several times over the past 5 years while my son attended UW-Stout. Always enjoyed this home and appreciated the convenient location to campus. He is graduating next month, so not sure when we will back. Thank you for the great memories!

Lovely weekend with my Stout student

Neighborhood was adorable. Home is comfortable and well appointed. Conveniently close to campus. We had a really lovely weekend there.

My friends and I have been making the trip to Menomonie the last 2 years as UW Stout alumni during homecoming. The house was a wonderful place to stay, close enough to walk to the football game, dinner, and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

FWOF Weekend at Stout

We enjoyed our stay for Fashion Without Fabric at UW Stout. Property was close to campus, grocery store, and indoor farmer’s market. It was nice to be able to cook as a family instead of having to complete for seating at restaurants. We appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the private entrance. We will book again in the future.
