RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© Spacieuse maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain au bord de l'eau avec piscine chauffĂ©e avec moustiquaire et terrasse fermĂ©e attenante avec table et chaises. Il y a un quai flottant sur un canal profond pour accueillir votre bateau. AccĂšs facile au golfe et Ă  Kings Bay. À quelques minutes du musĂ©e d'archĂ©ologie, des boutiques de l'avenue Citrus, des restaurants, de Kings Bay, du parc Hunter Springs, du parc Three Sisters Springs et de la baignade avec les lamantins. La rampe de bateau local est Ă  seulement un mile de la maison au large de West State Park Street Ă  Crystal River Water Sports qui se trouve derriĂšre le Days Inn. Il y a 4 kayaks assis Ă  vie pour adultes et deux kayaks Ă  vie pour enfants de 5 ans et plus avec pagaies et gilets de sauvetage. Emplacement gĂ©nial pour nager avec les lamantins, pĂȘcher, festonner et toutes autres activitĂ©s. Grand canal d'eau profonde calme et calme pour le kayak et la pĂȘche, mĂȘme par temps venteux. Very clean, spacious home with a well-appointed kitchen. Large pool with a nice view of the canal. We appreciated having so many kayaks available to use. The floating dock was perfect for our boat. Loved our stay

House is in a beautiful location, right on the water and you can see the canal from the living area. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the porch. Crystal Springs has a nice small town feel and we enjoyed going out to see the manatees. Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway

We had an awesome time at the house! Did lots of scalloping and some sightseeing. House was clean and organized. Check in process was top notch. Carl met us at the property and gave us a tour. Very friendly. Will most definitely be coming back!

Restful Retreat

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet in this beautiful rental home. We had everything that we needed. Carl was the perfect host! He kept us entertained with his humor as he gave us a guided tour of the house. His recommendation of local restaurants was extremely helpful as well. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Crystal River area.

Relaxing stay on a peaceful canal

Everything about the property was as good as advertised. Nice comfortable furniture, better than most. Location very close to state parks and boating. The birds and wildlife were a plus. Twice saw a large gator swimming in the canal behind the home. From the pool in the late afternoon, watching the birds was a treat. Loved our stay here and would be back again without question!

Summer Scallop Trip

This property had all the space we needed and the canal made it easy to get out to the river and the gulf. The pool was really nice to hang out in after a day on the water. This is a great location for your trip to Crystal River.

Crystal River Hide-away

Located in a quiet neighborhood, property was exactly as described. Large family room overlooking deep canal. Water temp in pool was great. Everything in house was brand new and worked perfectly. A great spot for family looking for a laid back vacation with restaurants and shopping just a few miles away. Plenty to do for everyone!!!

Perfect get away spot

We loved our stay. House was perfect for our family to relax and also enjoy the outdoors in Crystal River. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed the screened in pool and kayaks on the canal. The kind owner met us to check in and give a tour of the property (and recommend a great restaurant). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
