Come and enjoy this cozy getaway for you in downtown Blacksburg, Virginia. You will be nestled in the heart of Blacksburg - a 5 minute walk to Virginia Tech campus and a stone's throw to downtown. A private apartment below our historic home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the New River Valley. We are a short walk to Cassell for Hokie basketball as well as Lane Stadium. Enjoy comfort and style with a touch of southern hospitality in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. We have worked hard to create a space for you to feel comfortable in. Our family lives upstairs and you might hear the pitter patter of little feet, but you will have total privacy during your stay in a separate space. When there is very heavy rain, there can be a little water in the back bedroom so please plan to use the provided luggage racks for your bags.

We booked our stay for Parents Weekend at Tech. Everything about the apartment was just perfect. The hosts were extremely helpful, the kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

Great Place Near Campus

This is a clean, comfortable place in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to campus and to all the best campus restaurants. Will definitely reserve it again!

Stylish apartment in a fantastic location!

The owners of this property are incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need. The location is close to campus. Check in and out was effortless. We loved this comfortable, cozy and super clean apartment and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful & cozy apartment

This two bedroom apartment is in the lower level of a older, beautiful brick home in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. It was very clean, comfortable and cutely decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment close to VT

Apartment was clean and sunny and welcoming. We were there to move a child into VT and it was close to everything in Blacksburg and situated in a nice neighborhood. The one minor drawback was that it did not have a stove, but as we were so busy and the restaurants are so plentiful in Blacksburg it was never a problem.

B & B close to Va Tech

Charming little B & B. Easy access to college and downtown Blacksburg. My only suggestion would be to put a dehumidifier or air purifier in unit. Both myself and my husband had issues with this. Other than that it’s a very charming unit

convenient, clean, spacious, and secluded

Not wanting to stay in a large hotel with hundreds of other people, we checked out this apartment in town. It is very conveniently located to everything. Owners were very easy to communicate with and provided many thoughtful touches to the rental (breakfast upon arrival, dimmable light switches, smart tv, nice quality linens, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.
