We don’t just offer vacation rentals. Are you in between homes for a short period of time? Our beach houses are also ideal for home transitions, giving you and your family a peaceful villa by the beach to feel at home until your permanent home is available.

Royal Flamingo Villas is a private condominium operated as a vacation beach resort. Forty individual villas each offer a living area, dining area, and kitchen. A one bedroom, one bath villa will accommodate up to three guests. A two bedroom, two bath villa will accommodate up to six.

Private patios create an extension of your living area, allowing you to enjoy all the best things the Gold Coast has to offer. Sip a fresh cup of coffee in the morning air, grill in the afternoon or enjoy cocktails while the sun goes down, all in the private setting of your own personal villa by the beach. The fishermen in your family will love casting a line straight into the intracoastal waterway

The seaside village of Deerfield Beach is 1 1/4 mile to the north. Walk towards the Embassy Suites then turn right onto the measured mile which winds along the ocean to the village. There you will find dining options for every taste and budget ..... burger and pizza joints to fine dining right on the beach. Two of our favourites are "J. Island Water Sports and Billabong's rent out surf boards and SUPs. IWS offers free lessons at 7:00 am every Saturday. Bicycle and dune buggy rentals are available in town too.
