This two story Chalet with an open floor plan, plenty of sleeping room and tons of family and friends games will be your "Home Away from Home" you don't want to miss! Located within a five minute walk of Spring Brook's Clubhouse, this grand, six bedroom home is the perfect family and/or friends gathering headquarters. The Dells Reunion Lodge has three levels including a finished basement with indoor games and recliner seating ideal for movie night or the big game. The exterior features 2 gas grills, large covered patio and a campfire ring located just off the deck. Perfect for all events from family vacation, team building to corporate retreat, it sleeps a maximum of 20 people.

The main floor offers two bedrooms (each with two queen beds) that share one of three full bathrooms. Lounge your vacation away in the spacious living room which is adequately furnished with comfortable seating, a sofa sectional and a large flat screen TV. It also opens up to the dining area where guests will enjoy the ultimate dining experience at the over-sized table. The dream kitchen features slate appliances and seats six more at the counter. The open concept, common area is accented by knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a large stone wall fire place and ample room to relax comfortably.

This home is loaded with sleeping arrangements for a variety of guest lists. The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a king bed and TVs. Additionally, the loft area provides two twin beds for added sleeping accommodations. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor for added convenience and privacy.

Relax the evening away in the finished lower level which boasts an amazing recreation room that includes a pool table, a dart board, foosball table, as well as a wet bar and elevated viewing area with a 60" TV. The fifth and sixth bedrooms (2 queen beds in the first bedroom and 1 king bed in the second, all with TVs) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share. Additional half bathroom available off to the theater and game area. Wi-Fi is complimentary.

The Dells Reunion Lodge is a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 20, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
