House includes 3 bedrooms, Large Bunk Room (8 beds), 3 full bathrooms, Den (with internet, desk, and screen hook up) Game Room, Locker Room, Theater Room, Large Deck with beautiful views and Large Parking area with full pull through big enough for boats and trailers.

We are a fun crazy bunch that loves adventure, laughter and time away with family and friends. We are like chocolate mostly sweet with a few nuts!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Georgetown because of all it has to offer. We like to relax and enjoy coffee or mimosas in the morning and love to entertain and BBQ in the evenings. We absolutely love this area because we love to explore. We have hiked, rode, snowmobiled, skied/snowboarded, and boated all around Georgetown lake area and couldn't find a more suitable area for our family. Going to Phillipsburg brewery is a favorite past time and our kids love getting spoiled at the candy store. This property is perfectly located so you can be on an activity with in minutes. There is no long drives or lots of prep needed to dive into the fun. We loved the layout of the house because we can entertain lots of people and families.
