Just four floors up from the pure white sand - that perfect spot on the beach is yours to discover. Plus, the fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and seashore inspired decor will keep you comfortable in between beach days, golf outings and shopping sprees.
Hidden Dunes Condominium 404's private balcony is the ideal location to watch the sky ripple with oranges and magentas as the sun sets over the Gulf. Moreover, upgrades like an extra icemaker in the kitchen, a private laundry room and a high speed elevator will make this Destin vacation rental worry free!
While 404 is a great place to relax, be sure to get out and see all that Hidden Dunes offers its guests- basketball, pickle ball and horseshoe courts; an award winning tennis center with clay courts; several pools and spas; gated entry and the longest stretch of deeded beach access in Destin.
Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
