Summary:
Newly built, this exceptional 4 BDRM home located on the westside of Colorado Springs (close to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, parks, shops and more) offers an exceptional value to groups of travelers and guests. This home is a duplex and can be booked by itself or together with its neighbor, potentially offering a staggering ability to house up to 22 people in stylish, practical comfort! The Space:
Enter through the front door using the private electronic code provided, or through the garage after parking there or in the private driveway. The main level offers an open "great-room" or combined living room and kitchen, perfect for entertaining and the practical demands of group settings. There's a walkout here to the outdoor living space — a private backyard with gas grill and plenty of potential under our big, Colorado skies. The living room also features an attractive gas fireplace and quality, leather furniture. The surfaces here are granite and stainless steel, the flooring is hardwood and everywhere you look there's a sense of care and craftsmanship. The kitchen is fully functional and ready to entertain, ready for your culinary creations.

Upstairs you'll find (3) of the home's four bedrooms including the stunning KING master offering a private bath and walkout access to a private balcony facing west … which means PERFECT views of our STUNNING sunsets and mountains. The two additional bedrooms feature KING and queen comfort respectively, as well as an additional bathroom. All of the beds feature hotel quality linens and are professionally cleaned and laundered. There is also a entire laundry room.

Downstairs on the lowest level there's a separate living space as well as an additional bathroom and bedroom with a bunk bed (2 singles) — a totally separate space offering the prospect of kid-time and adult-time, free from the encumbrances and (or annoyances!) of the other! This home, by itself, presents the perfect combination of practicality with modern quality design — and along with the ability to co-book with its neighbor, we believe it's perfect for groups and large families. The Neighborhood:
Just a few hundred yards from the Rocky Mountain foothills, this home is located on the Springs' west side, near Red Rocks Canyon Open Space Park … a hidden gem of a park offering many of the same spectacular rock formations and trails that the more well-known Garden of the Gods Park offers, without the crowds and tourists. Another park, Bear Creek Park, is also just up the road. Attractions such as Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, with their unique and historic artisan shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife are both just down the road, approximately 2 mins by car, or a 10 minute walk or bike ride. Downtown Colorado Springs is also just about 5 minutes away by car. Visitors to the Springs will inevitably spend most of their time on the west side, close to this property, and guests staying here will be gloriously close to all the goodness, natural or built, that Colorado Springs offers travelers and visitors to the region.

Getting Around:
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* 🐶 NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
* There is central AC.
* Dumpster is located at the end of driveway on North side of 1016 driveway.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.

Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously. New home with lots of space

Our family of five loved staying here. So much space, could have easily had room for more. Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean, would recommend!

Great house !

This house was a great place to stay at while we were in Colorado Springs seeing the sights. Very comfortable home and a very nice place to unwind and relax after a day out. The location was near all of the attractions we wanted to see and you can see Garden of the Gods from the house. It is in a neighborhood with a bunch of other homes and some of the homes are not well kept. One of the neighborhood dogs was barking at all hours of the night. Overall this was a great house

Awesome House

The property is a newer home in an older neighborhood. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Mountain views and spacious yard. My only complaint was the garbage situation. They provided a dumpster but it was also used by their business so we could not fit any of the garbage we accumulated during a 4 week stay. That said, everything else was perfect.

Synchro Nationals

I was with 4 friends in town for US Figure Skating Nationals. The space was perefct for us! Everobw had their own space to sleep and the common space was excellent. The owner was very reponsive when the battery went out on the garage pinpad and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Excellent stay!

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved this house and Colorado Springs. The house was perfect, very cozy, beautifully decorated, beautiful view and was clean. Seeing wildlife roam around the houses in the back was pretty neat to see too. Everywhere you look in the Colorado Springs area is breathtaking. The host was great and was very fast at responding to my questions.

Enjoyable

This property was very nice. There were a few issues but it was easy to communicate and have them addressed. We were able to walk to Old Town which is cute. We loved the area and did plenty of hiking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Weekend Getaway

Had an amazing time in Colorado Springs. We didn’t do too much, but what we did do we had a great time. This Duplex was extremely clean and in the right spot. If we ever come back we would love to stay here again.

Covid getaway

The property was a newer build and was very nice. There were just 2 of us but enough room for at least 8. The finishes were high end and the home was very clean. The house was stocked with everything that you would need. We had a mountain view and close to anything that you would want. It is located in a odd place but had no issues. We would highly recommended this place.
