This two bedroom, 1.5 bath two story apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for your next getaway. Downstairs living area and upstairs guest bedroom each have a Smart TV you can set up with your own accounts or watch local HD TV channels.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You'll have private access to the entire self-contained townhouse apartment. The pool deck is outside the living room sliding glass door. This outside area is not 'private' since one other rental next door may use it on occasion. You’ll have a grill and patio set for your private use.

No pets are allowed.

The townhouse is located on a major thoroughfare. While this provides quick access to the airport, cruise port, 95 and Miami, it can be quite noisy during rush hours.

Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless.

Although we regularly treat the home for pests, occasionally a small lizard or other insect may crawl indoors. We'd be happy to come and remove any if found.

You are welcome to fish off the deck (catch and release) as long as you have a FL fishing license and clean up after every session.

For your safety, security cameras are pointed towards the front door and motion floodlight cameras in backyard pool areas. They do not look into any interior spaces.

The A/C is locked at a 70 degree minimum.

The pool is not heated and can be chilly from December to February.

Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood. so we kindly ask that outdoor noise be kept to a considerate level.

After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The townhouse is exactly as pictured. Very central location, easy to get everywhere. The host is easy to communicate with and so helpful. This unit is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and canal view are top notch. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I loved this property. Beautiful view of canal and plenty of iguanas to see. Pool was lovely, there was plenty of beds for everyone. And only 10 mins from Fort Lauderdale beach. The host was very accommodating and communicative to our needs. The place was as described. It was spacious and nice. The only issue was that it backed up to a main thoroughfare which created alot of background noise during our stay. Beds were comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay.

Totally enjoyed this property!

I totally enjoyed our stay at Tarpon Harbor. The unit was very clean, updated and conveniently located. We enjoyed the location in regard to driving distance to Miami, Ft Lauderdale Beach and Dania Beach. The pool and pool deck were lovely and well kept. The kids got maximum enjoyment from the pool, but it was too cold for me. The kids fished in the canal in the back, too. Communication with the host was prompt, courteous and helpful. We were offered early check-in time and notified of availability to extend our stay. My family said multiple times that they liked the place enough to live there.

Good communication with Josh. We did share the pool area with other vrbo guests but it wasn’t an issue. The canal in the back was an awesome perk as we saw lots of ducks, fish and iguanas. Overall it was great!

Beautiful townhome close to everything

Nice, clean place equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, clean towels and linens. Haven’t used the pool but it looked nice and clean. About 15 min drive to the beach. The house is located on a busy street with a lot of traffic during the day but noise insulation is good. Area is safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh's home. The beds were comfy and it was a short drive to Hollywood beach boardwalk and Fort Lauderdale beach. Tons of resturants in the area. The pool was very nice and well kept. Josh is quick to respond with any questions. The only negative to the place is that it is on a busy street so it can be tricky to get in and out. We just backed into our parking spot and we were able to get out!

Very nice Townhouse

Very nice townhouse and pool. We stayed with our 8 year son and 6 week old baby. The host even supplied a pack and play for our baby. Pool was nice. The only thing that I didn't like was that it is off a busy street so we heard traffic at night and early morning if you stayed in the front bedroom. We didn't hear it in the back room. I am sure when the Townhouse was built that road was nit that busy. All in All nice stay.

Great for pet friendly stay

We booked this property after a previous one fell through for the tortuga music festival. I have an elderly, medical needs dog that often find challenging to find pet sitters for. Not only was I able to bring him last minute but the response from the host regarding dos and don'ts was so straight forward and welcoming for a pup. This property was every thing we needed, clean, spacious, with all the comforts of home. I could not recommend it more. The host does all the small things right. I really loved the framed information sheet at the entrance with relevant information such as wifi, house rules, shopping, check in and out policy. It really was just so well done.

May 18th Weekend

Place was in a decent neighborhood. First impression was not what I thought it would be. However, as the old saying goes, never judge a book by its cover. The inside was nice and clean. The place had all the things you needed to cook. Stores, restaurants and bars were within a 2 to 8 min drive as described when I registered for the place. Even though there was only one full bathroom, we made it work. The patio/pool area was nice. I reached out to the owner to have the pool and deck cleaned. The owner responded right away and before I knew it, there was an individual out back cleaning the pool and deck area. I give it a 5 star for location, cleanliness and access to stores, bars and restaurants. The only thing I had an issue with was there was two ducks that hung out on the pool deck. They approached the sliding doors as if they were used to people. The owner did say there would be a chance that we would see them. I could coexist with the ducks as l felt they weren’t a threat. But the part that bothered me was they deficated on the pool deck in 4 different places. So for the outside, I’d have to give it 4 1/2 stars due to the ducks. I would stay there again as I now know what to expect. I would also recommend the place as a spot for anyone visiting Ft Lauderdale or Miami. As we found it to only be 20 to 45 minutes to the Miami area. Arrival time would determine how far into Miamicyiur trying to go
