In the description of this property never stated it was a shared house with pool area, in which was NOT a problem as the neighbors on the other side were very lovely and helpful, but if you are looking for a private place this is shared. Also the pictures they show of the pool area with the lawn chairs and cushions set up with the umbrella is definitely not how it was when we arrived. Everything was thrown into the back, and the big umbrella was completely ripped and not usable. The outdoor cushions had ripped in the inside of them was completely filthy. I did a grocery delivery to our home and we had something that leaked in the kitchen from our grocery bags., there was a mop handle in the bedroom closet with no end so I ordered a mop and had it delivered. The floors when mopping were absolutely filthy. They do not disclose a picture of the kitchen stove into the right of it. There was a shelf that must have fallen down that they never bothered to put back up and left on the counter with holes in the wall. The master bedroom had bath in hand towels, and no wash washcloths. Also this may sound like a small thing, but a garbage can is very inexpensive in the master bedroom did not have one in it. I feel as though if you’re going to charge the prices you do, you would at least have a very clean place and the basic necessities. The last thing that I will know if you were looking for a quiet place, the neighbors that live across the backyard have dogs that constantly bark.
