The following is information and our desire for a harmonious and safe experience for our guests and the property:
We ask all of our guests to do their best to follow the “golden rule” of treating our place the way they would like visitors to treat their home and other than the necessary general cleaning, that they leave it as they found it. We also add a Ghandi twist of being the change they want to see in the world. This seems to open the door of kindness, accountability, trust and awareness for all involved. We also encourage all Guests to read the Guest Book when they arrive as it contains important/useful information about the property as well as many experiences from previous Guests.

Now for the specifics:
There are many crystals, stones and beautiful rocks that have been placed in the building/home/lodge as well as throughout the grounds. Please enjoy their beauty without removing them from where they have been placed. It has taken years and a lot of dedication and love to assemble this collection and we would like to continue to share their beauty with all the guests to enjoy, while they are on the property, for years to come. Unfortunately, we have had guests that did not understand this and have taken some of these items in the past. Please make sure that all who accompany you onto the property are also aware of this policy.

Spring Break
Two families of 5 stayed here for four nights over spring break. It was a wonderful time! The setting is breathtaking. So much to do right in the vicinity of the house. Multiple hikes. We did canyoning 5 minutes away. Also easy access to Springdale, Virgin, Hurricane, and Cedar City. Will definitely visit again!

Zion Villa True North - A Gateway to Spiritual Bliss
Nestled within the breathtaking beauty of Zion National Park, Zion Villa True North offers an enchanting escape like no other. My stay here was nothing short of magical, surrounded by the serene wilderness and infused with a deep spiritual energy. What sets this retreat apart is the harmonious blend of nature and spirituality. The moment you step onto the grounds, you're greeted by the soothing melodies of instruments and the sparkling energy of crystals. The labyrinths woven into the landscape invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and reflection. One of the most remarkable aspects of Zion Villa True North is the opportunity to be alone in this majestic setting. It's an experience that words can hardly capture – the profound connection with nature, the sense of peace that envelops you, and the clarity that comes with solitude. The owners of the villa are not just hosts; they're guides to the soul of Zion. Their passion for the park is infectious, and they generously share their knowledge of the best-kept secrets and most awe-inspiring spots. Whether it's a hidden waterfall, a secluded canyon, or a breathtaking viewpoint, they'll ensure you experience the very essence of Zion. In every corner of Zion Villa True North, there's a palpable spiritual feel that resonates with your soul. It's a place where you can recharge, reconnect, and rediscover the magic within and around you. My time here was truly transformative, leaving me with memories I'll cherish forever

One of our all time favorites
We had 10 family members with us on vacation. Some flew into Vegas but my husband and I drove out from the east coast. We visited the Grand canyon west and south. We went to Colorado, Vegas and Sedona Arizona to name a few. . After a three week trip I asked my husband what his favorite part was and after a ten second consideration he said; that hike that we took with Hank and that amazing house and property! We loved absolutely everything about our stay. It was peaceful and everything about the property was done with warmth and great taste. The hot tub was great but it was all the little things too. The bedrooms were not huge but they fit the warmth of the house. The bathroom sinks we chosen to fit the style of the house as well as the shower doors. They did not run to home Depot and grab a sink to get the house ready to rent out. They chose things to make this feel warm and inviting The stove is an old fashioned one that was consistent with childhood memories. One of the best parts was that the owners thought of all the little things and average person might need in the kitchen. Things like paper plates and a first aid kit plus salt and pepper along with a few spices. That was a huge help. When you travel it costs a fortune to buy the most simple items and we have rented many houses without things like paper towels. We went to Zion national Park on a Monday in October but it was crowded. We ended up realizing that we had all we needed right at this house and these trails!

Why they chose this property

Building this place here in Zion was a fulfillment of a dream that my wife Mariangela had during her undergraduate years with a dear friend who died of AIDS a long time ago. Her dream was to design and build a place where people could come and "unplug" from the tethers of their lives and be in-touch with their "True Selves" and have an intimate experience with those they came with and Zion.

We built this place in Zion originally as a retreat center whereby guests would come to compose music, write books, design artwork, or have men’s or women’s, yoga or other types of retreats. Therefore, we designed the bedrooms to be small yet beautiful with the emphasis is on the community space. We have had guests from as small as one person, to honeymoon couples, to family reunions, corporate team building, to outdoor weddings.

As a result of being located actually inside the park, it was necessary to design and build a fairly sophisticated and comprehensive off the grid facility with tracking solar panels, automatic computerized generator back-up, well and water filtrations systems, satellite internet and TV, etc.. As a result, my wife and I live on the property to of course enjoy Zion but also to maintain those systems to be transparent to our guests. Our dwelling is separate but attached to the retreat center/vacation rental.
We of course are on the property should you have any questions, but absolutely respect our guests’ privacy.
