Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation that you will never forget, we are the ideal location away from the noise and hubub of the city. Come home to a five (one is a study) bedroom, five bathroom, A/C villa nestled in a tropical garden filled with orchids, anchored by a waterfall and koi pond, with service as our primary motto. The amazing free breakfast gets you started and come back for high tea or meals orderd as you desire and prepared on site by our chef. This is luxury defined. Everything is high-end; no amenities have been spared. The base price covers upto 4 guests and the villa capacity is 8; additional guests beyond 4 incur a charge of 1000 THB per person per night
We provide a van for local transportation so that all of the major attractions in the Chiuangmai region (within a 25 km distance) are at your immediate reach, without having to fight congestion, traffic, and pollution. We can get you to historic Chiangmai, Kad Farang Market (a fav of westerners), Ban Tawai (a must-see handicrafts market), numerous local temples, cafes, restaurants, elephant sanctuary, Chiang Mia Night Safari, golf, shooting range, Grand Canyon Waterpark, Wat Ton Kwen, Royal Park Rajapruek, Mae Hia Fresh Market, and many more.

Great day! Highly recommended if you want to be away from the city, but not a bad drive.

Luxurious and relaxing

After a very busy trip through Vietnam and Cambodia into Thailand, Modern Love Villa was a welcome retreat. The accommodations were luxurious and the staff on site were very accommodating. It’s a little far from the city centre but we were able to arrange taxis easily. I’d highly recommended this property.

This was a beautiful property off the beaten path. The staff were very attentive, professional and kind. Highly recommend. The communication in advance between VRBO and the property manager was confusing when we made date changes to our reservation. Suggest making that simpler.

just and simply - wonderful

A great and very well maintained property in a beautifully landscaped garden, it is simply to enjoy ! We were all incredibly enthusiastic, and every single photo is actually comprehensible and can be shot by yourself ! For anyone who wants to relax a few days in a quiet and neat atmosphere this house is an absolute recommendation ! The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, thank's everybody very much ! The breakfast (including really real coffee !!) and the service were excellent. If it takes us on one of the next trips times again to the north, we will definitely book this villa again !

Wonderful experience, only the best!

We had a family vacation in this villa for a week and it was a really wonderful experience from the beginning to the end: 1. Host (Suriyapat) was very responsive, and always responded to my questions within a day (or hours). 2. Villa itself is definitely beautiful and my stay in there was a treat, all rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. 3. Breakfast was included in the rate and varieties, quantity and quality were great, we can even kept leftover fruits in the fridge for later use. 4. They also offered on-demand menu when we decided not to go out to a restaurant and the food was very delicious at a reasonable cost (chef prepared them freshly on-site for us, not a take-out). 5. Staff were super friendly and attentive. One day we bought coconuts from the street to villa and they helped us to clean/cut them so we could enjoy them. They delivered 100% to our satisfaction! 6. The driver they suggested to us for our local tour was also great. Palm accompanied us for 3 days, took us to wherever we wanted to visit, suggested and reserved restaurants, booked massages for us and served as translator. His fee is very reasonable and we felt grateful to have him on this trip with us. I highly recommend this villa for vacation and I'd come back again if I am in the area!

Fantastic house, helpful if you speak Thai

The property is fabulous! The host was very helpful and good to communicate worth, but once we arrived the staff don't really speak English (since it was promoted in English and the host communicated in English we thought it would be ok) and even with translator apps it was very much a struggle. Communicating in general was very difficult (to order food, to arrange rides, etc). Staff is very nice and try hard, but it's a bummer when you cannot communicate even the most basic of needs. Grounds are absolutely stunning!! Water falls, greenery, trees, orchids and more. Gorgeous. The pool is out of a magazine! If only there was a place to lay by the pool or even somewhere to sit/lounge comfortably by it, it would have been easier to enjoy. The house is very posh and lots of unique and wonderful design accents! A/C to stay cool. Nice, large layout, on site laundry, they will cook for you and clean everyday (breakfast included, other meals extra). Beauty everywhere. If you like to do things for yourself or have items in the kitchen, this isn't your place. This is somewhere to go to get pampered and have them take care of you (as long as you speak some Thai). Overall, it was a wonderful place. It's about 30 minutes outside of town, so plan for your food/ meals before heading back to the villa. A little bit of a drive to anything, but that was worth it for the quiet and privacy. Staff will keep you stocked in bottled water so don't worry about that.

Based on that, I have personally trained our staff to be most attentive and everything is selected to bring out the flair and pizzaz of this high-end villa. I love quality and want to share it. Gardens, waterfalls, koi, flowers, are my passion and you will see one of the best Thai gardens on our property.
I love food and therefore we serve only locally sourced, mostly in-house cooked breakfasts, and we offer three styles, Thai, Chinese, and Western. To represent the art of relaxation, we can provide a phenomenal high-tea upon request (not included in base price), and our chef can cook meals upon request (there is a menu with a price list). Daily maid service is included, and our staff reside on-site to cater to all of your needs.

Visitors to Chiangmai often want to stay downtown, but very soon get exhausted by the crowds, dust, noise, pollution, smells and sounds. We provide an A/C van that can get you into that environment and then whisk you back home where you can jump in the pool, relax, and truly be on a relaxed vacation, listening to the waterfall in our garden, or feeding the koi and enjoying your friends and family over fantastic food. We provide a van to take you to all key sightseeing spots within 25 km.
