Alquiler Pentwater / Lake Michigan / Silver Lake

Bienvenido a Cedar Ridge, su destino de vacaciones para la diversión veraniega del lago Michigan. Ubicado a solo 5 millas de las dunas de arena de Silver Lake y a 5 millas del centro de Pentwater.

Las habitaciones tienen capacidad para hasta 5 personas en nuestra cabaña familiar ubicada en 4790 Ridge Rd. A solo 3 cuadras de la playa del lago Michigan.

Nuestro nivel de entrada tiene una lavadora y secadora con 1/2 baño y escaleras hacia la sala de estar del nivel superior, donde encontrará la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal con control deslizante hasta la cubierta envolvente. El segundo dormitorio tiene literas con una cama completa en la parte inferior y una individual en la parte superior con un control deslizante a la cubierta. Cocina grande y luminosa con control deslizante a la cubierta y parrilla de propano.

250 acres de tierra estatal adyacente llena de senderos para explorar a pie o en bicicleta.
Los alojamientos especiales incluyen un filtro de agua, aire acondicionado central, televisión por satélite y acceso a internet wifi.

Disfrute de las tardes con su familia alrededor de la hoguera con abundante leña suministrada en la propiedad.

Por favor traiga sus propias sábanas, almohadas, mantas y toallas.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Our host was very communicative and the property was stocked with all the amenities we nedeed. Since this was primarily a beach vacation the beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower were much appreciated. The outdoor deck was a huge hit for reading, working, games, and dinner with the family. Thanks, Dan!

Everything you need. Plenty of space inside and the same outside. The kids loved playing with the games inside the house when it was raining. Firepit outside was perfect for relaxing around and star gazing. We are planning on coming back next year. Less than 10 minutes from Pentwater and less than 10 minutes from Silver Lake. Perfect spot.

Perfect Place!

We loved our stay! We came to ride our ORVs on the sand dunes and it was the perfect spot. Plenty of room to park and very close to the dunes. Cedar Point beach is .5 miles away and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The kids loved swimming there. It’s also close to so many fun places: a lighthouse, Lewis Zoo & Farm. The house is clean, comfy and packed with everything you could need. I was so impressed with the water filtration system. We didn’t have to use bottled water!

Great time as always.

Been staying here for a couple of years now, always the same. Clean, easy process with Dan. Enjoy the deck with seating and umbrella. Nights around the fire pit. Plenty of space for the kids to set up games etc. Will be back again next year.

Incredible time

We were shocked by how clean and nice the house was and impressed by the location. Overall this was a great stay and we made some amazing memories. To top it all off the owner was the nicest person I have ever rented from whether it be his understanding, him checking in on us, or simply his kindness. Very very pleased with our entire experience

Relaxing in the West Michigan Sun

House was conveniently located to Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan in Pentwater. We enjoyed the outdoors every day and were able to relax at the property in the evenings. With 3 busy teens, we were grateful for the wraparound deck to provide us with more space to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit as well. Dan's thought of everything to help a family enjoy the house and was very timely in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Quite leased the first time we stayed her, so just completed our second stay.

Had all the amenities to enjoy our weeks stay. Rooms were clean, kitchen stocked with utensils, spacious outdoor area to relax. Really a home away from home!

Great property, but you’re expected to bring your own sheets, towels & pillows!

Let’s look at this property in two respects: the house & the owners policy. The house is comfortable and we appreciated the grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Dish TV. However, what overshadowed our stay was the owner’s ‘Linen policy’ which is buried in the 7th paragraph of the description. YOU are expected to bring your OWN sheets, towels, pillows, etc.! Who travels with their own linens and towels? This policy needs to be more prevalent - not in the 7th paragraph!!! If you Google: ‘does VBRO provide linens’ , it says: ‘ we provide towels and bed linens, beach tags, paper products. House well stocked’. That is NOT what we found. Is there another way to perceive this other than ‘cheap’? If it’s an issue for the owner with turn time for the next rental, have two sets. This is ridiculous, especially for the price paid!

Best Family Getaway!

Perfect location to Silver Lake, Pentwater, and Cedar Point Beach! The house is cozy, has all you need to be comfortable, and the deck and huge bonfire pit were some of our favorite amenities! We will be back and highly recommend!

Great time for the family vacation at Pentwater.

House was clean and nice. Had lots of extra items you forget you need like cling wrap etc. Nice deck for night time games. Had a fire pit for s’mores night with friends. It is close enough to Pentwater but closer to Hart. Neighbors were nice, no loud parties or off road vehicles running around. Owner was timely with info needed. We had a great time would use again.

Well-kept home for our week.

We had difficulty finding it coming from the south because Ridge Road addresses jump around a bit. However, once we found the location everything was fine. We had family vacationing in Pentwater plus my sister who still lives in Hart (I,Curt, grew up in Hart), This property was easy to go either direction. You must be able to climb stairs to stay here, but it was topnotch in most ways.

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful time here. The location is super convenient--just a few minutes from a nice little beach and right between Pentwater and Silver Lake. While we did not explore much of restraints and shops, we took advantage of the beautiful nature in the area--4x4ing in the dunes, sand boarding, horseback riding, and hiking on the Pentwater Pathways trails. The house is just right for an average sized family. The wrap-around porch was great for drinking coffee and reading after a busy day. Dan was super responsive and gave some great recommendations for our stay.

Dan is a native of West Michigan. He has been employed at a multi-national corporation for over 30 years and currently supports enterprise data analytics. He also supports a non-profit youth ballet as a volunteer for sets and props, coordinates logistics and functions as the Stage Manager for all productions.

Julie grew up in West Virginia took time off to be a full-time mom and raise our two awesome children. She returned to the Health Information field at a West Michigan hospital a few years ago.
