Located so conveniently across the road from the beautiful Sullivan's Bay beach and walking distance to the Sorrento Sailing Club and Sorrento foreshore. Large open plan lounge/living with comfy couches, Smart TV, Coonara wood heater, a small amount of kindling & wood is provided. A galley kitchen with modern appliances, separate dining table and meals table areas to seat up to 12. Ducting heating & cooling throughout.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 with a king bed.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. TV, DVD player, large walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed.
Bedroom 4 with a king single bunk and single bed.
Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 5 downstairs with a children's entertainment room with a comfy lounge, smart TV, desk, chairs and lots of children's board games and books. 3 x single bunk beds to sleep 6.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Gorgeous expansive front garden area with seating. Amazing elevated decking with seating and umbrella to enjoy the serene outdoors and watch the children play. Small rear garden area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ. 2 x Porta Cots and a high chair available.

PETS Pet friendly property at the owners discretion. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. The perimeters are not fully fenced or secure. A small enclosed area near the bbq will provide a boundary for your pet. Pet stay fee applies.

LINEN A full bed & bathroom linen package included for 7 nights or more bookings only. BYO Beach Towels.
6 nights or less: This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
