This home was exceptionally clean — probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with everything I needed.It does back onto two busy roads, so there was a bit of traffic noise, but it didn’t bother me much. The neighborhood felt very safe, check-in was smooth, and having access to the garage door opener during my stay was a great convenience.

The host was AMAZING!!!! not only would I readily stay at this property again but would also highly recommend to any and all visiting the central California area. Five stars is not enough to rate this host or location, This was honestly one the "cleanest" properties I have ever rented for a short term stay. Chefs kiss!!!

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PriceWe stayed at this single-family home in Fresno, and overall, it was not worth what we paid. While I appreciated the effort to remodel the restrooms, the house itself is clearly older and needs more updates—especially the furniture, which felt worn out.Cleanliness was an issue: the towels smelled unpleasant, like they’d been washed without detergent, and there were no pool towels provided. We also ran out of basic essentials like paper towels and coffee (barely enough for one cup).The pool was the highlight—fun and well-maintained—but it wasn’t enough to make up for the other shortcomings. The security cameras around the property felt invasive and took away from any sense of privacy.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this rental at its current price. Save your money—this place needs some serious improvements before it’s worth what they’re charging.

It was okay

It was VERY clean I loved how quiet it was. I wish I was able to change thermostat because it was very hot in there. And we were limited to how cool the house was able to get.

Family Christmas

The home is very clean and inviting. Having garage parking offered peace of mind. Great living space and bedrooms were spacious. The only complaint I’d have is the house backing up to Fowler Rd. is a main road and can be noisy. But worth the price.

Great place to stay

We wanted a place near Fresno State for our kids move in weekend. The property was exactly what was described. Great location. All amenities were a short distance away.

National Park Visit

The arrival was super simple! They gave me a code to the front door. The departure, even better. You don’t have to do a thing. As for the home: it’s suitable for a place to sleep when extremely tired. The neighborhood seems safe with kind workers doing yard maintenance and minimal traffic in front of the home. The back of the home is located on a very busy road and the traffic noise is right outside the master bedroom. When we didn’t fall asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow, we heard horns, tires squealing, engines revving. CA has bugs and so did the house. Crickets, small ants, and roaches were in the home. I told them about the ants and crickets and they told me to spray. I didn’t bother telling them about the roaches. When we travel as a family we enjoy cooking together. This home made it difficult. There were no wash rags. (We bought a couple of sponges in order to wash the pots and pans we used). We had to use a shower towel/hand towel for a hot pad, in order to remove food from the oven. The pool was great, however the towel allotment was not. Towel=shower/trivet/pool. I’d suggest you bring your own towel when you stay here. As far as communication with the property managers, I heard from them a day and a half before arriving. I had to reach them through the VRBO business itself. Once I did make contact they were responsive. I had a question on our last morning there, they didn’t respond at all.

We had a lovely stay in this property in Clovis. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication from host was great and check in process was smooth. Convenient location. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was my first stay in a rental property. My girls and I loved the privacy and extra space. I was not happy there was no lighting around the pool. With temps over 100⁰ we wanted a swim after the sun went down since there was no trees or shade blocking the sun from the pool area. What waa really my only complaint.

Great place to stay. Comfy beds. Perfect for a family stay. Only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness is we had to clean the pool. But the house was perfect. We would def stay here again.

Family Reunion

This is our 2nd stay at this location for an annual family reunion. The property is very clean and nicely set up. There are many thoughtful details throughout to help make the stay nice. The host responded quickly to questions we had prior to arriving - and the check in process was seamless. We will return.

Property was just as listed. Conveniently located near the freeways, made our travel to the National Parks and the Coast very easy.
