This newly remodeled house which accommodates up to 9 guests is located conveniently in proximity to Route 99. All furniture and appliances are brand-new and the entire house is in a pristine condition with shining hardwood floors. High speed Wi-Fi and 65" TV hooked up with Xfinity cable/Netflicks guarantee a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials to cook&dine in the house. New washer and dryer are in the garage. Great spot to stay to visit national parks or for business.

The house is well done, clean and well organized. Communication with the owner and host was excellent. However, I’m surprised by all of the perfect scores. The house had been cleaned the day of my arrival, once the smell of the cleaning products dissipated, it was clear this house has been smoked in for quite some time.

We used this location as home base to visit several national parks as well as Forestiere Underground Gardens and some wineries. The house was very clean. There were enough dishes and silverware to serve all the beds times two. The beds were comfy without being too soft. Freezer kept ice cream and made sufficient ice.

Perfect house in a convenient location

The house is conveniently located near several national parks and close to things in town as well. Everything was super clean and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

5/5 We enjoyed our stay at the property. Clear communication and check in process. Owner did their best to accommodate an early check-in request due to early arrival for a business trip. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean house with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. My buddy left his phone behind and the owner shipped the phone to him the same morning as checkout, super appreciative. The only negative is the couch in the living room isn’t very comfortable and could be updated but that’s my only recommendation. Great stay at a great value and I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Fresno!

Title says it all, went here for work and everything was pretty close to the house. Check in was a breeze and all the rooms were spotless.

Beautiful house

The property was beautiful. It had only three bedrooms not four but it had four beds. There was four of us adult friends who went and we were expecting our own rooms but we made due with what we had...Professionally decorated very clean and extremely organized everything is labeled.

Fresno stay

This property was a perfect place to be near family. The property is well appointed, the location was quiet and convenient, included all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. We will be requesting this property for future visits without reservation. Thank you to the owner for providing this sanctuary. We needed it as our visit turned from pleasure into a family emergency.

The home is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful. This is the second time that we have stayed in the home while visiting family in Fresno and it is the only place I would want to stay in the future.

Rented to see the new Grand baby. The communications with property owner was great. Location was exactly where they said it would be. Property was clean and everything was labled. Would highly recommend.

Fresno VRBO house

The property was very nice & comfortable. Beds were comfy, there were shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided in the shower. Kitchen was well supplied. Washer & dryer was very nice to have available. I would definitely stay here again.

Will rent again from Masuto

This is the 2nd rental from Masuto that i have enjoyed. Both rentals were nice and clean. Love the fence areas for my pets. Loved how the kithchen drawers & cabinets were labeled with the kitchenware & loved that every room had a ceiling fan for the hot weather in Fresno. Also, only about 15 minutes away from shopping, restaurants & movie theaters. A great meat market, Toro Loco, is just down Crystal ave.
