Binghamton Vestal is a uniquely designed 2nd floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It features a living room is designed to give you the feel of a big city with cityscape murals inside faux windows. LED lighting and an electric fireplace, sleeper sofa and Smart TV all make for a romantic and fun experience. All of our apartments are stocked with fresh towels, extra linens, soaps, shampoo, cleaning supplies and coffee. The eat in kitchen has everything you would need to cook with including some basic staples. ( We provide coffee, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper.)
*You can access the building anytime after 3 pm on day of check in by using the coded keypad. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.
*Each unit has its own private key less entry.
*The property has a fenced patio garden area with outdoor grill that is shared by all.
*Plenty of street parking available in front of the building.
*The Wi-Fi is provided for free and is shared by all guests staying on the property.
*For the safety of our guests we have motion detection security lights and security cameras on the exterior of the property.
*Host requires copy of photo ID before sending check in/entry instructions.
**Any extra guest(s) that stays without being declared at booking or prior to arrival will be charged $60.00 per person per night.
***Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the apartments. Persons violating this condition will be subject to the cost of smoke mitigation and remediation or a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00), whichever is higher. Smoking is allowed outside 8 ft from any apartment entrance. Please do not toss cigarette butts on the ground. Dispose of them in the the provided ashtrays or the large outside garage cans at the rear of the property.
Binghamton Vestal is located on historic Market Street close to downtown New Albany. New Albany is situated directly across the river from Louisville, Ky with a short 10 minute drive to the YUM center, 4th Street Live, Churchhill Downs, and many other Louisville Attractions.

Horrible

The property was nasty. Then the owner tried to scam us out of two hundred dollars by saying he smelled smoke because he seen my husband smoking outside. I had to file a dispute with the company. The owner is a liar, cheat and thief.

When I arrived at the property it was not clean. There were dirty towels and socks on the banister, Mt. Dew can behind the door, ripped up carpet and carpet padding in the living room, used food in the fridge and cabinets, dirt on the floor, etc. I called the owner, who did respond quickly. He came over to the property and said I could move to his other property. After moving all my stuff I was told I couldn’t stay there because he had rented that side out. I moved all my stuff back to the other property. He told me I did not rent the living room part of the apartment. This made no sense to me as that was in the listing. When I explained that to him he was just like “oh”. He picked up the towels and carpet. As I looked at the mattress, it was dirty and had many holes in it. The chair in the kitchen was completely broken. The couch was pulled apart, and I had to try to fix that. I did not feel safe/comfortable staying at this property. After pay that much to stay there for the weekend, I decide it was better for me to rent a hotel room down the road. All this to say I would not recommend this property.
