Spacious 925 sq. ft. loft with balcony located in the heart of downtown Louisville. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and one block from 4th Street Live!, the premier downtown entertainment facility. You'll be 4 blocks from the KFC YUM! Center as well as the Great Lawn overlooking the Ohio River, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Free parking in a secured parking garage (entrance height is 6'1")!

I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.

The apartment was so nice and very clean. The pictures were spot on. The area was a little sketchy but overall we had a great stay. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Louisville!

We had an amazing while staying here! The loft was extremely clean and cozy. The location was perfect for accessing Fourth street live and was in walking distance to many of the attractions in the area. Would definitely stay again!!

River City Loft is a great place!

We loved our stay here. The place is very nice with everything you could ever need. Location was perfect. Getting in the first time is challenging, but not bad after you get used to it.

We loved the River City loft. Large space, very clean and quiet and right on 4th St. Justin was great with providing good info and quick to communicate. Parking pass a plus too! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Downtown Louiseville!

What a great little apartment to stay in! It was only myself and for one night, but this would be great for a couple and for an extended stay also. The place was cute and clean, super close to lots of downtown fun. A very nice space. and the in and out as very simple and efficient. Thanks again!
