This is a brand new home with high end finishes and furnishings. Sit outside to your own private beach and have your boat in front of the home on our mooring.
Boat Launch/ marina services available. Deep water Channel out to Buzzards Bay, Cape Cod Canal and the Islands.

I had a group of five high school girlfriends that stayed in this beautiful home.Our host, John, was probably the best host I have ever had in any of the vrbo places.I have stayed.I would highly recommend this location for families or friends.

Beautiful, peaceful oceanside home!

You truly cannot go wrong with this home! It’s so clean and has breathtaking views of the water from every window. The owners were super helpful when needed as well! Great getaway for locals too without the cape bridge traffic.

Perfect Getaway!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this house for a week in August – it was by far one of the nicest houses we have rented. The location was perfect, the house is exactly as it’s listed high end everything, and super clean. I can go on and one about how amazing this house was, truly the best! The owner John was so accommodating. Anything we needed he was a text away. We will definitely be staying here again!

I’ve stayed in many home rentals, but this was by far the best. It looked amazing (and lived up to all the photos), it was immaculate, and the finishes were top notch. You can tell the care and planning that went into this home. The waterfront location was beautiful. My son and his girlfriend loved using the kayaks. The location was perfect for trips to the Cape and Newport. Wish we’d had more time to explore more! We hope to come back soon!!!

We had an excellent week at Ship’s Inn. There was an unexpected strong storm that caused a power outage for the entire town, the first night of our stay. John kept us informed with updates about the length of the power outage. He also provided us with some insightful suggestions for places to visit while we were vacationing. We loved waking up to beautiful views of the water right out the back door of the property. We will definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity to vacation in Cape Cod again.

Long weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay in this home. It modern, beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. The bedding is comfortable and views spectacular. We were unable to use the kayaks due to the weather but what a nice treat to have. The town of Wareham is small but if you are willing to take a 30 minutes car ride to Falmouth or 1 hour to Chatham, there are more restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous House, Amazing Stay

Absolutely beautiful home. It is the cleanest home we have stayed in and does not feel like a rental home. Gorgeous fixtures, and very tastefully decorated. We felt at home the entire time. It was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for me and my fiancé. Check in was super easy, and plenty of restaurants and a great cafe right down the street. This was our second time staying at the home - in the off-season this time & the in-season on our prior trip. There is always a beautiful breeze and we love to sit back and enjoy the water and views. We look forward to our next visit. We highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful home

This new house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Plenty of outside furniture to sit and watch the boats and tide coming in and out. The beach has lots of seaweed- but the lawn overlooking the beach is lush. The owners were very attentive and friendly. The neighbors on both side asked if we needed anything to just let know. We had a very enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

Our recent stay in Cape Cod was wonderful! The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the ocean view was amazing. We stayed with our family, including teenagers, and it was the perfect getaway for all of us. It The location was ideal for us as it was only an hour from some of the other areas that we wanted to visit during our stay.The host was communicative and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. As an extra gesture, he allowed us a later check-out on Easter morning so we could enjoy a nice breakfast without having to rush, which was greatly appreciated!The home was extremely well-equipped, with every amenity you could possibly need in the kitchen, and they even had cards and games for us to enjoy as a family. It was too chilly for outdoor activities, but we still had a beautiful and relaxing time. Spending our school vacation week there was such a treat, and I can’t recommend this property enough!

Absolute GEM!!

This was the perfect family get away. From booking to checkout we had a tremendous experience with the Ships Inn. The home is immaculate and we appreciated the fresh clean linens upon arrival. The first and second floor master worked out perfectly as my mother in law took the first floor and we took the second. It was great that everyone had their own space. The loft and basement were a great hangout for the teens. We walked to breakfast most mornings and enjoyed the view with our morning coffee after our walk on the beach. It was great that we got to enjoy the beauty of the Cape without having to over the bridge and fight traffic. the home is beautifully furnished and decorated and we felt very warm and comfortable. Everything was ready for us and impeccable. The stay was worth every penny and we plan on coming back to this great home again next year.

We had such a great time! The place is as good (or better) than we expected. I walked in and felt so peaceful and at home. One of our family members said "it has such great energy." I agree!We wanted a place that was on the water (and by the way, the view is unbelievable - those sunsets!!!) and walkable to restaurants. We walked to Riverside Cafe a few times (excellent breakfast) and a little future to the Blue Booby Cafe for lattes. Truly, could not have been better.So, yes, you can go to the Cape and get more crowds and traffic. Or you can stay here and get a very Cape-y experience that's also quieter and less traffic. And then DRIVE to the cape for day trips!We also loved that it was close to Boston and all the stores you might need.John was super responsive. We were having lobster and asked him if there were lobster tools and he literally ordered them from Amazon that moment and they came later that day! I highly recommend this place. I love to cook and the kitchen was well-equipped. The views were incredible (did I tell you how amazing the upstairs master views are too?). The neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I wished for while there was an expansive deck off the family room :) Maybe someday in the future John? hahaThank you to John for being an outstanding host!

Lovely property

Not welcome

Overall this home is very pretty and well maintained. The home is brand new and has beautiful finishes. Upon opening the house rules binder we quickly felt as though we were not welcome. The interior instructions under the stove are as follows, “don’t bother cooking, grill out or better see our list of favorite restaurants and take out.” Immediately, as a family, you can imagine how this makes you feel. We would never recommend this property and believe it is not meant to be enjoyed by others. There are cameras on every corner and every door that are clearly being watched. During our stay, we had to contact our real estate attorney to know our rights as the property owner continued to contact us. We were never over occupancy, never had any parties and treated the property with the highest standards of cleanliness and care. Beware and consider finding a home you will feel welcome in.
