Downtown Chatham, with its restaurants and shopping, is just a walk or bike ride away. The nearby Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge offers plentiful birding and opportunities for exploring!

The living room features plenty of cozy seating and flat-screen TV. The master bedroom with queen bed and large, attached bathroom also has a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has one queen and one twin, and a large closet.

The spacious and bright kitchen has a dishwasher and all amenities you could want. Unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer, central A/C and free wifi. There are two private decks, a small one at the front of the unit, and a large deck with picnic table and umbrella, and seating-with-a-view for many friends and family.

Inside, a large dining table seats 6-8.

During peak summer dates (end of June through first week of September) a minimum one-week rental is required. Three-night rentals may be available at other times of year.
