Our stay was wonderful! Our unit was very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with plenty of parking right up front. There is plenty of dining and shopping options very close by and the parks are a short drive away as well. Catalina was a great host. Very friendly and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This villa is exactly as described and pictured in the Vrbo listing. It was very clean, well appointed and comfortable for our 60 day stay. Property manager was extremely prompt to address any issues or questions we had - could not ask for more!

Michigan snow birds

Stayed for a month. Positives location is great close to everything in Kissimmee area very clean and comfortable ground floor, pool area is clean with warm water. Negatives ground floor the young guys upstairs with their large dogs sounded like they were coming through the ceiling at times need to upgrade cook ware we bought a few new pans to use left them there for next renters. Really is no outdoor space. We would definitely stay again and may next time we visit Kissimmee

Golfing and pool

Thought Kissimmee was closer to Orlando than it is. The place is wonderful, the pool fantastic! The neighbors above have a new 9 month old puppy and another dog, so at times it was a little loud. My husband golfed almost every day, loved it! Did almost every meal at the 4 plex. The frying pans need to be replaced. I purchased a cookie sheet while staying here the month of March. The host is fabulous, anything we asked her about got handled quickly.

Short trip

We stayed here while our daughter attended her cheer competition at ESPN. Check in was simple, the property manager was easy to speak to as well as get in touch with. The property has been recently refurbished and it is beautiful. My only complaint is that the ice maker was broken so we did have to make a few trips to get ice and also the air condition was on times settings and every two hours it would turn itself up to 75. It’s get hot very quickly in that villa. We were constantly fighting to keep it cool in there and it was a pain when you would wake up sweating in the middle of the night and have to adjust the temperature. Other than that it was in a perfect location, quiet, lots of amenities and a great price.

Family get together

I would have given a 5 star all around, except 1. The shower floor in the master bathroom was coated with black mold along the corners and edges of the floor. 2. The guest bathroom tub’s drain was clogged and we had to fix it for our guests to use it. 3. Also, the unit was listed as non-smoking but upon entry in it, there was a lingering faint smell of cigarette. Besides that, everything was great!
