The house was cozy and accommodated our family of 4. We asked for the pool to be heated for our December stay and it was not. We are hoping to get our money back on that front. The master bedroom mattress could use updating. Overall the house was a great size for our Orlando vacation.

I paid a reasonable mount per night for a house that would have held 6 people, so I can't complain too much. You get what you pay for. More than 1 roll of TP per toilet and more than one trash bag for the kitchen would have been nice. And there was no dish soap in the kitchen (either sink or dishwasher), so we had to buy our own. And my son & I both found crumbs in our beds (cheeto crumb in mine, rice or similar in his), but again, I'm paying crumbs, I can put up with a few.But I do take issue with the title and description of the house, as that's what drew me to it. I stretched to find anything "newly updated", and the line "completely renovated" is false. Aside from some tile instead of carpeting or linoleum in some areas, I can't find anything remotely "new" or "updated". The carpet in the main bedroom is the same shown in a 2012 listing on a realty site. One ceiling fan uses what appears to be fishing line for a pull, while another uses some red string? 6 of the 8 lights in the bathroom light fixture are mismatched. The living room furniture and mattresses that we used (king and queen) are extremely tired, with the recliner feeling like it was going to break. Yes, the "photos are accurate", but they don't tell the entire story. Overall, it is a good value if you need a cheap place to stay. But if you're expecting "newly updated" and/or "completely renovated", you will be disappointed, as we were.

A place worth renting

This is a very nice house, with plenty of space and a swimming pool. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, where it looks like a place where many people live and not just rent out. This gives a good and safe atmosphere. There is wildlife in the area with squirrels, rabbits and of course lizards, and I love it. It is nice to sit alone in the mornings and just enjoy. Unfortunately there were a couple of holes in the fence that meant that there was some animal excrement in the pool area, but we swept it away and put something in front of the holes, and they did not come back as long as we were there. All in all a nice place. We stayed for 2 weeks, and I would stay again

Girls trip

Check in went smoothly.We had plenty of room for each of us.The pool was definitely our favorite part!There were a few things that I didn't expect such as:A guy who would wander up and down the street (we freaked out at first but then realized maybe it was normal when we saw him wandering every day)We had 5 of us girls staying in the house for multiple days and toilet paper was limited to 1 roll per bathroom then we had to buy our own.The dishes pulled out from the cabinets were dirty.The vertical blinds in my room didn't feel like they really closed the view from outside for enough privacy.The pool was our favorite part!!

Flordia vacation

Place was super clean, Master bedroom bed was so comfortable probably the best sleep I had in while! Had extra pillows and blankets just in case. Loved the security lock and alarm on the back door that leads to the pool as my daughter is autistic and wanders took a weight off my shoulders! We plan on booking again on our next family trip to flordia.

Our month in Orlando

The house was well stocked with necessary kitchen supplies. Pool was very nice. Owner and property manager responded to our needs. It was a good value however furniture and flooring needs updating .

House needs serious cleaning or painting. I don’t think they ever vacuum under the beds. Pool wasn’t always heated although we paid to have it heated may gave a problem with the heater. We also had a rodent(s) in the house pooping all over the house. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this house. Shawn and Carole were great

Out of date, unclean, and unfriendly owner.

there are large cracks on the floors of this property, stains all over the celieng due to water damage, and the property was not properly cleaned. There were dead bugs stuck on the tops of the glasses in the cabinets, dirt in the tub and shower, garbage under the couch and beds. The pool was also full of dead bugs (expected for Florida) however there was no pool skimmer to clean it. There were also ants throughout the house which again is common for Florida. I contacted the property manager about my concerns with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bugs in the pool without a skimmer. We decided to stay at this property despite it being unkept because it would be difficult to find another spot and move all of our belongings with three kids under four. The bed in the master bedroom was hard as a rock and makes loud noises every time you turn over. The stove stopped working three days before we were suppose to check out so we again contacted the property owner. We went out to eat and came home to a strong gas smell. The property manager didn’t know why this would happen but said we would need to leave the property until it was inspected. Turns out the property manager entered the property when we weren’t home and left the stove on for too long. The stove was also deemed unfixable. They offered to let us stay at another property but this too was dated and unclean. We explained this to property owner and he screamed at us over the phone. Had to find somewhere else to stay.

A nice house but needs work

The house was as the pictures showed. The garage door doesn’t open and has more than a two inch gap which invited critters into the garage. We had a critter in the ceiling for a couple of days which woke my daughter up from rummaging around. Pest control came in and said there was rat and mice droppings all over the garage floor and in the attic. I know Terminex was coming in the day we left so hopefully this issue will be rectified for the next guest. The kettle on the counter we could not use and should be replaced. The pool deck is damaged due to small ants that have been eating away leaving large cracks and holes.

Perfect stay will return

We had a great time at this location for 2 weeks, the house was clean and organized. Well stocked kitchen with lots of space, extra towels, blankets and bedding. Washer and dryer were clean and easy to use. Smart tvs and great satellite was a bonus. I loved the soaker tub in master bath. Some board games and toys for kids included. Pool was fabulous especially with pool heater during colder month. Excellent location- only minutes to grocery store, Wal-Mart, pharmacy and resturnats/fast food. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A big shout out to the home owner for going above and beyond to accommodate us after another booking fell through last minute. The Communication was perfection, property manager was also very helpful and responsive. We look forward to renting this house again next year.

Great Stay

Good experience, having direct contact with owner and housekeeper if needed. They were very flexible with our entry time. Quite clean, good location for the theme parks. All in all, we would stay there again!

Brilliant stay

Absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish. Returned for the second time in 10 months. Property is great. Managers brilliant and the overall stay was as good as last time. Can't wait to return for our next vacation. Our 5 year old son loved the pool. Thanks again!
