Enjoy lazy days in this very spacious, brand new, double storey home with 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and 3 toilets.

The downstairs kitchen and living areas lead directly to a huge deck overlooking the Lake in the Wellington Marina. Plenty of parking and outdoor space for all of our guests. The master bedroom, with ensuite and walk-in-robe are on the ground floor for easy access, with sliding doors onto the deck. A large jetty for all of your boating activities.

Friendly and accomodating host, clean well looked after property. Had everything we needed and we had great family time being able to have our boat at our doorstep. All in all a wonderful stay and weekend.

Easter family get away

Beautiful house in great location. Went away with extended family and the dog. Plenty of room for all. The house is right on the river so perfect for us as we took kayaks.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time away with family. Couldn’t fault the property, had everything we needed & the view was amazing, wonderful sunsets . Enjoyed our time on the front lawn playing games & using the kayaks 👍🏻😊

Family getaway

As a Family of 10 is was hard to find an accomidating house. Until we came across the boardwalk. It suited us perfectly. We all enjoyed what this place has to offer. The view is amazing, the steet is very quiet which made it more relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to families looking at getting away. I know we will be back 👍

Fabulous time had by all

We just spent several days at the property with a large ski boat and a couple of jet skis. The property is magnificent clean exactly is described value for money. There was good access for RAA new boat ramp and the pontoons have fenders which was great for our boats and skis to stay here again

Great stay

The house is new and clean, lovely lawns to the water. Great outdoor and indoor entertaining areas. Everything we needed was there, right down to the coffee machine pre loaded with beans. It’s a nice section of the river, and railed bend only 10 minutes away. Cannot be faulted.

Perfect Waterfront Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at 'The Boardwalk' - The house is perfect for large groups with stunning views of the Wellington Marina. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication clear and easy. We highly recommend!

Beautiful quiet location on the river

Excellent property in an amazing, quiet, peaceful location with access to the river for water activities. Bedrooms were on the small side but really you're not there just to sleep :) We stayed with 10 people and cooked a massive family Easter lunch with no problems. Went kayaking and fishing and enjoyed the atmosphere. Would happily go again.

Relaxing getaway

We had a very relaxing stay over the holidays, even with the rainy weather. The view is beautiful and area is very serene. The house was well equipped and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment. Julie is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thanks!

Great spot

We stayed at the house as our ‘home base’ while compliant The Bend, it was perfect. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the water, outdoor area and surrounds. See you next time.

Amazing River Gem

What a magnificent place to Stay! Julie and family were very accomodating and easy to deal with. We stayed here the weekend of V8 Supercars. It was close to the track which was extremely handy and close to Tailem Bend Pub. House had everything we needed. Was very clean and comfortable. Amazing place to come home to after a long day at the race track. And What a view of the Mighty Murray River!! Thanks Julie will definitely stay again.

We now live in the Adelaide Hills but both grew up in the surrounding area and have family and friends that live near by. We have 3 teenage children and we all enjoy the river lifestyle.

We have a local business and have family close by, so the Wellington Marina was the perfect place to build our holiday rental, creating a place we could come together with our friends and family.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Boardwalk is at the end of the marina so has the best views of the sunsets.
The Marina has its own boat ramp and has direct access to the river, The Boardwalk has a large jetty and mooring so it's a perfect place to spend time with various watercraft. The lake at The Marina is perfect for kayaking to watch the abundant bird life or swimming as there is little current.
The Boardwalk is spacious enough to cater for a large number of guests without feeling crowded, entertaining is a breeze with bi-fold windows opening to the a huge deck and an undercover bbq area.
We have catered for families by building the kitchen and living areas downstairs so it is easier to access the large lawn area and deck, and providing are large family room upstairs for the kids when the sun goes down.
