This apartment is perfect for the working professional or a small family looking for vacation! 1 block from Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital makes it the perfect spot for nurses doctors. American Bank Center, Selena Auditorium, Concrete Street Amphitheater TAMUCC and Del Mar I37 and Refinery Row are a short drive. Downtown is only 1.7 mi. North Beach & Mc Gee bay beaches are also a short drive!

Stay on the bay 6 points is located less than half a mile from the bay. Take a drive, walk, jog or rent a scooter down Ocean Dr or Shoreline BLVD and explore beautiful Corpus Christi, Tx. Stay at the perfect destination and visit Port Aransas, Rockport, Portland, Robstown and North Padre Island with a short drive or stay close to downtown Corpus Christi. Walking distance to local favorite restaurants and coffee shops including Sandi’s Diner, Hester’s Café, Price’s Chef and Luciano’s Italian Restaurant. Had a pleasant stay

Overall, we did enjoy our stay with just some slight things that we disliked. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only issues we had was that in the mornings, that’s when the ants would crawl out of the sink and the sink’s water pressure was fairly weak. You could also hear when people were running / making noise from downstairs which got annoying from time to time but at least at night everyone was asleep and soundless. It is not really the fault of the property manager but instead the guests staying there themselves who aren’t mindful of other guests who are staying here. The neighborhood itself feels a bit unsafe but luckily we had no issues regarding theft or anything of the sort. It is near the ocean and a few great diners/restaurants which is very nice. The manager was very responsive and quick. So I only had minor issues with the ants and the sink really but other than that it was fun to stay at.

Almost Great

The place was great but lacking one thing that I would have like to have been made aware of in advance, central heating and air. That alone is not a deal breaker for me but one of the units, the one in the kitchen has a filter that needed replacing. Due to my many allergies, most of the stay was pretty misserable.
