Juliana thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay. I appreciate your positive comments about the pricing and the amenities available in the studio. I sincerely apologize for any discomfort you experienced with the air conditioning during the day. I was not made aware of this issue during your stay, and therefore, did not have the opportunity to address it promptly. Had I known, I would have certainly explored solutions to improve your comfort. Regarding the external factors you mentioned, such as the neighborhood and the presence of a homeless individual, I understand that these elements can impact your experience. While some aspects are outside of my direct control, I strive to ensure my guests have a pleasant and safe stay. About the issue with the dogs, having their furry friends is such an important factor for a lot of our guest and it's why we allowed them to stay but I did mention that the dogs cannot be loose if they are not being supervised to prevent any issues. Your feedback is valuable, and I appreciate your understanding regarding the aspects that were beyond my immediate control. Thank you again for your review.
