Please read all. A fully furnished second story one bedroom apartment, full kitchen and private entrance. Please note, apt is directly over the owner's master bedroom. Please also note, furniture is not to be rearranged. We are 2 blocks off of I -275, 20 minutes away from TPA. 20 blocks away from downtown St.Pete, which offers museums, a Saturday morning farmers market, restaurants, and a fun night life! 21 blocks away from Tropicana Field! This space hopes to provide a peaceful, restful stay. Guests have access to owners Tiki Bar, grill, gazebo and patio area in a fenced in private backyard. Space is disinfected and thoroughly cleaned between guests. Max stay is 21 days, owner requires identification because listing is where owner's family lives. Please upload copy of ID with booking request. No minors allowed to book, no little children (for safety reasons) or pets allowed. Listing is as pictured, please look at all photos to make sure it's a good fit. I like to personally greet all of my guests and go over the unique features of my listing, A security camera is mounted on the outside of the fence only capturing the parking space.
