This tiny home has everything you need, including a beautiful view out of the sliding glass doors. There are two new cabins on this property, each with a king bed and plush bedding. This cabin has a leather loveseat, 55" Roku TV (Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+) a two seated bar, microwave, refrigerator, full sink, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a bath/shower combination. Awesome hosts!

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. Julie and Randy were more than helpful...and even sent us off with some fruit! Great place to relax and visit the many beautiful sites, including Arches National Park.

Very Nice Stay

The place is very clean, safe, conveniently located and comfortable. The front porch was peaceful and relaxing after hiking parks all day. Moab is less than an hour away which to us was a small price to pay considering the cost and craziness to stay in Moab. We would gladly stay here again if we come back to the area.

Cute, cozy and comfortable

This is the cutest little home with all the amenities. Was comfortable, super clean and easy to check in/out. We were hauling a car trailer and the large parking area was a big bonus. Plus the peach tree was in full bloom which made for a unexpected treat for breakfast. Great place to stay!

Fun Little Cabin

We enjoyed our time in the cabin. The bed was comfortable, the amenities great, and it was just the right size for us. If you want quiet and seclusion, with a beautiful sunrise to greet you, this is the place for you.

Nice place!

Very clean, pleasant, nicely decorated. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to others. A hotplate/electric frying pan would be welcome as well as having the microwave more accessible for short people.

Perfect for Us

Close to great hiking trails and museums. Julie is a wonderful hostess. Very easy to communicate with. Loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings and listening to the sounds of nature. Very clean and comfortable.

Tiny House in Blanding

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in this clean comfy tiny home. Clean, welcoming, private, nicely decorated, the host stopped by to insure everything was satisfactory. We enjoyed the fresh peaches from their trees. Would definitely stay again if visiting this beautiful area of Utah.

Loved it so much this is my second stay in as many years!

I can't say enough good things about staying here! Julie and Randy are the nicest folks you could hope to find to host you on vacation. I enjoyed my stay here in 2023 so much I booked a longer stay this year. The property is just perfect for a solo or couples basecamp for traveling to see all that is amazing about southeastern Utah. The cabin has everything you need, and I really appreciate how thoughtful the owners are. Communication is great, and this is the perfect, peaceful spot to come back each day.

Nice and Quiet

Our stay was enjoyable. The cozy house had a comfortable bed. We loved the view from the front porch that was shaded. We went to sleep to the song of crickets. It would be great to have a safety bar in the bath-- bathtubs can be slippery. Overall we had a great stay.

Perfect Cabin!

Perfect cabin in a quiet setting! We absolutely loved it! Location was easy to get to, host left porch light on for us too! Cabin was clean, stocked well and roomy enough for us. The bed was so comfortable, shower was super and AC was perfect. The view the next morning was so great! Highly recommend this location for any couple traveling through. Perfect!

Our first tiny house VRBO and not our last

It was very clean, centrally located to Bluff and Moab area, and well appointed with everything you needed. We stayed 7 nights and loved the king size bed. Very good sleeping weather. The hosts were great and gave us lots of info on the area and things to do. The Dinosaur Museum and the Edge of the Cedars Museum were minutes away. My husband enjoyed the fire pit after a day of hiking to relax. We hope to go back again someday.

Quiet retreat

I loved how quiet it was, beautiful views, and amenities. My weekend was dedicated to writing my book, and it was the perfect setting to do that! They answered all my questions and gave me some great suggestions for some walks. I visited a Pueblo one morning only 5 minutes away.

Beautiful & clean

Instructions how to get to cabin and how to access the key were very clear. Everything u need is in the cabin. Very easy to communicate with the owner. It was really clean!! We will be back!!
