Charming Cottage in Beautiful Hampton

We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure hosting you. We would be delighted to host you again. Property Mums

Thanks Irine, so pleased you enjoyed the property.

Hi Samantha, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the property operates as a short-term rental rather than a full-service hotel or bed and breakfast. Our departure checklist contains only basic requests, such as leaving the property reasonably tidy and placing rubbish in the appropriate bins. Guests are not expected to heavily clean the property. Many of our guests appreciate having clear checkout guidance, and we believe these requests are reasonable and respectful of the property. The checklist will therefore remain in place for future guests. We trust this clarifies our expectations. Property Mums Team
