You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to stay at Beachwood Landing. This Condo features one bedroom, one bathroom, and has all the essentials needed. With the convenience of walking across to the State Park Beach with no worries of parking, we can see why this is a fan favorite! This iconic building has been popular amongst vacationers for decades.

This 551 sq. ft Condo is part of an Iconic Unit in Grand Haven. You will feel right at home with its cozy and comfortable feel.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a snack bar and all major appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils.

THE LOCATION
The location is perfect for guests who are looking to be by the Beach and Channel, but still close to the downtown strip with stores, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops.

You can walk the boardwalk to downtown and even grab an ice cream on your way. If you simply feel like relaxing, bring a chair down to the grassy area on the edge of the channel and watch the boats pass by or enjoy the weekly Musical Fountain presentation. You could even walk down to view a concert at the Waterfront Stadium.

PARKING
Guests will have access to two parking spots.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

We'll send you all the information you need, including directions, access codes, and instructions, so you'll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate! Excellent location. Property was quite small for the price paid. No central A/C or heat despite large, continuously running unit in the space that evidently provided A/C for upstairs units. Portable heater and A/C units were sufficient. Sewage odor occasionally came from shower drain. Floors clean but rugs dirty. TV only had Roku so viewing limited b/c we didn't have streaming passwords with us. Okay for two people but no more than that.

We came to this property to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. We arrived on a Thursday morning and Friday morning. The toilet was not properly and leaking on the outside and not flushing properly. We contacted management. They said it might be difficult getting somebody out there during Coast Guard week since traffic would be so bad. I said well OK, but I don’t think you’ll wanna let this go. We were contacted later in the day around 230 telling us someone would come out that person did come out.The maintenance person realized they would need a plumber the plumber, then came out a few hours later and snaked the toilet and got it working properly, but then the shower could not be used and it needed to be snaked and he was unable to snake the shower piping so we were without a shower The rest of the time. I feel we are entitled to all charges for at least one day they ended up giving us a 373 credit when we paid on average over 500 per day to stay

Perfect Location

We were visiting for our son's college football game and made a long weekend out of it. Location, Location, location! Right across the steet from the beach. Perfect for two people! Listing was as described and everything you would need. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery! Twenty minute walk or short drive to downtown. Several restaurants and shops. Great location, walking distance to beach, ice cream, shops, boardwalk and pier. Parking right in front of property. Very old unit, smells like a musty basement couldn’t get the smell out of my nose. Stovetop wasn’t working, was unable to cook my meals for a couple days. Inconvenience. Communication was quick for the site after sending out 2 different people, but it took 3 days before they could get the stovetop working again. I didn’t like the baby crackling mattress cover for the main bed, but bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a place to rest your head after enjoying the sites nearby.

Great location!

Great location! We were in the downstairs apartment. It could have had a little more cleaning. The shower had some mildew. It had that mildew smell so I kept the fan running a lot. Other than that it was a cute little space for two people and easy walk to the beach. We walked into town and to the fountain. Nice not having to worry about parking.

Location, location, location

This condo is a good size for two people, but I feel it would be very crowded with four people as the only place to sit is the couch. It is convenient to the beach which was the reason for our stay and having two parking places was a plus. The full kitchen and refrigerator were very helpful as we had been berry picking and were able to freeze the berries. The bathroom was adequate although it smelled a bit musty and would probably benefit from some damp rid. Overall I would stay here again for the location, but if traveling with others I'd look for something larger.

Perfect location

A perfect location for my husband and I to enjoy Grand Haven after dropping our son off at university. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach and watched the lovely sunset every night.

Great location!

We took an impromptu trip to a place we’ve never been before, Lake Michigan, and were lucky enough to be able to book this property. It was clean, had everything we needed, was in a great location just across the street from Lake Michigan which is more like an ocean with an actual beach, easy access to the boardwalk that led to town and many many restaurants, activities and shopping and I was able to figure out the TV with no problem! The AC was cold, there was plenty of hot water and plenty of towels. I felt lucky to find something so close to everything!

The good and the bad

The good - great location right across the street from Grand Haven State Park. Short walk to the boardwalk that leads right downtown (about a mile). Parking right in front of the unit so no parking issues. The bad - no ability to control the heat although there’s a portable heater you can move from room to room. This unit is below 2 others and the older floors and thin walls makes it very loud, especially at night. Really needs additional updates but if you’re not spending a lot of time in the unit the location is perfect.

My Winter on Lake Michigan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly located to enjoy Lake Michigan. The beach is jus across the street or I could watch the sunset from my window. The property managers are very responsive and did everything to make my stay problem free. This is a great value. I highly recommend The Beachwood Landing and Grand Haven!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented bottom 1 bedroom for 3days in aug 2020,just my daughter and I before college. Really cute inside but door wouldn't lock from outside. sand still on floor in bedroom and living room. Air cond was dripping water from pipe above couch, we moved it called unsalted and they called me right back with help said they were sorry and fix problem.

Getaway

We booked this condo for its location and were not disappointed. We did find the bar stools and sofa bed not comfortable to sit on and the fridge door was rusty and the main blinds in the living room were quiet dirty. Wondeful location though.

Labor Day Trip

Nice little condo. Close to beach. Perfect for long weekend get away. Bed and pull out couch worked for 2 adults + 2 small kids. No oven, only toaster oven. Fridge could do with being replaced. No way to control AC except for additional humidifier unit. Overall good property, location and value for money.

Beachside Condo

This was a great location for me. Just a one mile walk to downtown Grand Haven. Beach and Lake Michigan shoreline is just acorss the street from condo. Lake views from unit, great parking next to entry door. I truly enjoyed my time and this location was offered many benefits of Grand Haven. The property manager was very prompt to answer questions. Loved the shower.
