I purchased this Condo in 2016 from former owner who had listed this property since 2006 on VRBO. I'm a life long Grand Haven resident who hopes you come and enjoy this great condo in Grand Haven, Michigan. USA Today voted it one of the best 10 freshwater beaches in the United States. It was voted number 1 by Travel + Leisure. We are a nationally and internationally recognized destination and we have the bragging rights to prove it. Hope you come and see why I have chosen to live my life here !!!

What makes this property unique

Grand Haven comes alive in the summer !! Most every week there is a fest of some sort...We have Coast Guard Festival, Feast of the Strawberry Moon as well as Winterfest. Check out the Chamber of Commerce for weekly activities. The Chamber is a 1/2 block away. They can give you plenty of activities to help you make the most of your stay. There are trolley rides to enjoy as well as farmers markets just a short walk away on Wednesday and Saturday. There is charter fishing to enjoy that you can walk to in 5 minutes !!! A great golf course a mere 15 minute car ride. The beach and pier can be accessed by foot just a 10 minute walk a way..Enjoy this fabulous walk by our great Boardwalk..There are plenty of great restarunts and bars as well as shopping without ever having to take your car out of its garage..
