Fantastic house. Our kids loved the pool. Close to a Costco and grocery stores. About 20 mins from The Strip and downtown.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! House was perfectly located for our needs and quiet on a cul-de-sac with a straightforward drive to the strip and university. We particularly enjoyed early mornings (we came from the east) with coffee by the pool watching the sun come up, birds, and the sprinklers/pool circulation kick on. Peaceful! Home was well stocked with everything as described. AC worked well. Host was easy to reach and particularly accommodating when our arrival time changed a bit. Fridge water/ice dispenser did not work however we've experienced this before with Samsung fridges and we didn't really need these features. "Gardners" came Friday night and appeared to have blown landscape rocks into the pool; our son had some fun diving for these and picking them out. Would have been great to have a small "host" guide with hints noting how to turn on the pool lights and spa jets/bubbles for example, how to work the TV, or any local recommendations, and any other "checking out" requirements or when to put the trash cans down - like other VRBOs we've stayed at. All in all we appreciated the home's size, comfy beds, included linens, pool, equipped kitchen, and ability to park off-street.

It was very clean, set up perfect for our family, easy to get in and out of house!
We are from SD/MN and even tho it was 50/60’s here - the pool and hot tub was perfect for ALL of us!

Vegas for Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy and in a bold location near the strip but in a quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa and nearby shopping for anything we needed. Would stay again.

Great location

We were visiting Vegas for my daughter’s wedding and did not want to stay on the strip. The location was perfect . Near tons of restaurants and stores. Outside area with pool and spa was perfect !

Great location. Spa like backyard. So comfortable for larger groups.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We were a group of 6 adults. The home is spacious, and the the location is great - so close to the strip, but so close to conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Communication with the host was great; check-in was easy.
