House in high standard gated community with natural waterfalls, 1km from the beach
Home located in an upscale condominium with 24 hours security and with a privileged view of both the sea and the Atlantic Forest region. The house has three suites at the bottom and 1 bedroom w / bathroom on the top and also on top of a large balcony overlooking the sea and the beautiful Atlantic Rainforest.
In another room of the house situated at the bottom, there is a large living room with a combined kitchen, American style. As leisure we have a beautiful barbecue, a wood oven pizza, a pool with Jacuzzi and finally a whole house veranda with possibility of networks for consideration of this privileged place.
The condo has natural water waterfalls creating a natural pool for both adults and children, which are situated in the street behind our house in the condominium. Playground for children and a mini mart with outdoor restaurant, visitors can enjoy a special view.
