If, after having read the description of the house and looking at the pictures you wish to rent, please contact us first. We cannot approve any rentals until we have had a chance to speak with you. Comfortable Vacation

Our family of 4 plus grandparents stayed for a week, overall experience of the property was excellent. The property description was accurate and everything met our expectation. Very safe for our 2 and 4 year old, standard baby gates fit the multi level house to prevent little ones falling down the stairs. Highly recommend you visit!

Spontaneous VA Weekend

We decided a week before Memorial Day weekend that we wanted to go to VA beach and we found this amazing beach house! Brandon was extremely accommodating from the beginning all the way to the end even after check out. The house is in a great location and we would definitely stay here if we come back to VA beach!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our family of six had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place! The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Croatan Beach, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax and play.Brandon was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions and clearly invested in making sure guests have a great experience. We especially appreciated the little touches, like beach chairs and extra towels, which made our trip even easier.We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing and convenient beach escape!

Great Beach Housr

Very impressed with everything. Close to the beach ( 250 steps), well stocked with kitchen stuff, lots of chairs for the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the garbage collection and a few other things. Definitely would recommend this property.

Virginia Beach with our family

Our group was three couples and three children ages 5,3 and 1.There are a lot of stairs in the house as the main living space is on the top level. The secret passage to the beach a really fun!. We enjoyed Hunt Club Farm, Jurassic Park and the Virginia Aquarium all located close to where we were staying. Unfortunately there were ants on every level. Our host set bait traps while we were there. It was an ongoing issue.

The perfect home in a fantastic location!

I almost don't want to review this property and tip off others to what a gem it is! This was our first time renting through vrbo. Brandon couldn't have been more helpful. The home is beautiful and so well maintained. It was the perfect size for our group and was such an easy walk to the beach. Our group often tries to plan an Outer Banks vacation but I would return here in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with this home. 5 stars all the way!!

Great home, one block from the ocean

This is a beautiful home, with just a couple minute walk to the beach. The host had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and wagon with oversized wheels. The outdoor shower made it easy to rinse off before heading in after beach time. Also a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen.

Exceptional Place For a Family Beach Vacation

We had an excellent stay. The house is in great condition in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach access. Everything was easy, and Brandon, the owner made sure we were well looked after. The porches on multiple levels make it easy to spread out and enjoy the space as a family. And the house has all the kitchen and beach supplies at the ready that you will need. Our first stay but definitely not our last.

Beach Getaway

Our house located at Croatan Beach, VA was perfect for our family. The house was “spic and span” clean and beautifully furnished. It was located in a residential neighborhood, perfect for walking and bike riding. The beach was a short walk away and very private. All of the amenities were included with beach chairs, ping pong table, and beach wagon being our favorites. The yard was spacious for our “kiddie pool” and eating outside. There were multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The balconies were relaxing and the open living area perfect for quality family time! Many memories were made at this perfect destination for our family:) Thank you Brandon!

We had a wonderful week at the beach! This house is very well equipped and a very short walk to a beautiful part of the beach. The beach chairs and cart were a big help and we enjoyed the ping pong table as well as the screened in porch. Brandon was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for our family get together in Virginia Beach. It is exactly as represented on the website. It felt VERY clean and has easy access to the beach. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. The ping pong table and boogie boards got lots of use from out little ones. Would be very happy to stay there again - only wish we could have stayed longer!

Hidden Gem

We have been renting beach houses for 20 years throughout the DE, MD and NC area. This is by far my favorite house ever. The location was perfect, the house was clean, and the host was wonderful. One of my complaints with rentals is the overwhelming amount of junk and knickknacks leaving no room for us to put our things when we come. Not so here! This house had loads of room in the pantry, kitchen and we especially loved the extra refrigerator. Hesitate to give such a glowing review and make it difficult for us to find a free week in the future as we would definitely come back!
