This apartment is a recent renovation and refurbishment with all the mod cons needed for a spectacular holiday at Sunshine Beach. There are 2 secure outdoor areas leading off the dinning and living areas, both great for entertaining or chilling with a book. This apartment is light and spacious with king bed and huge walk in wardrobe plus there is room enough for couple of kids on the pullout sofa or you are very welcome to bring your small dog on holiday. All apartments are open design and are equipped with all the necessities for your stay. There are 3 units of one bedroom apartments and 1 unit of three bedroom apartment. All have large outdoor balconies with stunning ocean views.
Our apartment have very recently been transformed into a bright, spacious, airy one bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple or a small family. The interior incorporates high end design with relaxed, beachy comfort & there is a wonderful flow throughout the apartment from the back door to the beautiful balcony & day bed with ocean views of spectacular Sunshine Beach.
You will also have the use of a private lock up carport which will have room enough to store surfboards, kite surfers or stand up paddle boards alongside your car.
Long term booking enquiries for up to 3 months are welcome and subject to approval.
Other things to note:
CLEANING:
For any stay over 1 week we will require guests to have a clean and change of linen every 7 days.
The cost will be $125 for one bedroom Units and $180 for the 3 bedroom Unit. In Peak holiday times the cost will be $140 for 1 bedroom units and $210 for the 3 bedroom unit.
PARKING:
There is 1 car allowed on the premises per unit. Only Unit 4 will be allowed 2 cars, 1 can park in the locked garage and 1 can park along the front fence line.
PETS:
Only dogs that are non shedding and under 10kg are allowed. Any other dogs/pets MUST get approval from the owners and will incur a one off cost of $50 once approved. Pets must be toilet trained to go outside and any damage from pets will be at owners expense.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Any stay over 2 weeks will need to pay a security deposit of $350 for the one bedroom units and $450 for the 3 bedroom unit. This will be refunded after departure and once the apartment has been assessed for missing items and any damages.
Cancellations due to government travel restriction relating to COVID 19
If the Queensland government should impose sudden lockdown and as such travel restrictions whereby the guest cannot, by law, travel to the booked destination, the booking shall be cancelled and the guest will be refunded the total amount already paid.
