1/1 in one of the best spots in Atlanta. Steps from Piedmont Park/beltline,botanical,museum, colony square ,W and Lowes hotels,marta, bars,restaurants, and a very walk-able area. Take the Marta from the Airport and walk. Parking space available on request. There is a bike share right outside ,at the entrance to the park. 3 apts in the bldg if your dates are not available- the building is a quiet, 100 years old ,(no elevators) apt is renovated.

The space
This is a vintage building, built in 1920, with modern updates. Ground floor apt with tall ceilings, 10 windows, refinished hardwood floors,granite walls, queen bed ,new kitchen and bathroom . Also have 2 other apts, in the building available

Guest access

Everything in the unit. Coin operatered 1.25 washer dryer on site . Dedicated Internet . I have cable tv in the apt . There is a smart tv for streaming. There is also a studio available in the building with a queen bed.

Centrally located yet quiet, cozy and completely comfortable

It was truly a treat to have immediate access to Midtown Atlanta from such a beautifully refurbished, historic building. Every aspect exuded comfort and convenience. Our host was remarkably helpful, accommodating and responded rapidly to all of our inquiries. This will be our first choice for future stays in Atlanta.
