The condo is footsteps away from the Ocean Club, where you can enjoy the water front 4 tier lava pool, sand bottom hot tub and sip on a tropical frozen beverage while getting a golden tan, from the full bar and restaurant. Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa is the premiere destination location on the Big Island of Hawaii.

11C is situated perfectly on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course with a flawless ocean view. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has lovely inspired decor with a King size bed and master en suite bathroom that includes a glass shower, an over-sized tub and dual vanity. The bright and colorful guest bedroom has 2 single beds, that can be converted to a King, upon request and detached quest bathroom with shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.
The fully equipped kitchen has countertops dressed in granite and all stainless steel appliances and everything you need for those perfect nights in to put your culinary skills to use! The lanai is equipped with a brand new Weber grill for those nights where you want to throw some dinner on the BBQ along side the fabulous view. Both indoor and outdoor dining that accomodates 4 guests, whether it's enjoying dinner while the sunsets or having coffee as the sun rises.
Relax in the comfy living room on the new sectional sofa and cuddle up to watch a movie on the large flat screen tv or talk story with your friends or family.

Perfect for our needs for our 10 day stay; back patio is a wonderful place to relax a view sunsets and golfers. The unit was very clean (did get a few visits from tiny ants when we didn't completely clean after a meal). Host was very receptive and helpful. Pool/restaurant/bar area are great, though they close a bit too early (8pm). Not really conveniently walkable to beaches, but can walk to the Hilton property to explore and hike on the shoreline lava rock paths. Kings/Queens shops are close by with great food options.

Our trip could not have gone smoother. Communication was excellent and the condo was just as described. There was an excellent supply of beach equipment, including towels. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

The property is exactly as it looks on VRBO, wonderful. Our host Allison was wonderful as well. Condo is part of a beautifully appointed property. Gorgeous landscaping greeted us every time we drove in. . Location was exactly where we hoped to be. Convenient to Restaurants, Shops, Gelato, Beaches. Condo was well stocked with thoughtful additions throughout. We were very happy with this condo & plan to return!

Just another day in paradise!

Everything about this place was perfect. This is one of the few places I have rented from various sites where the place actually looked like the pictures on the listing. Plus, the view at sunset was unbelievable.

Fantastic stay at at Hali'i Kai

We had a great stay at this Waikoloa condo. The whole complex has everything you could ask for, beautiful grassy area that blends in with the golf course where people spill out onto for sunset. Wonderful pool with convenient bar/restaurant and even workout room right on shore. It is great being in a unit so close to the pool etc. Spacious modern 2 bedroom stocked with anything you'd need.

A wonderful home away from home!

My husband and I spent 12 nights in 11C and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and golf course, and every amenity we could want. The condo was spacious, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated. And Allyson was a perfect host - so easy to work with and prompt in accommodating our needs. We will definitely return!

Condo is very nice. Great views and location. Only complaints are no garbage disposal and recycling is disaster. It is always full and not place to go with cardboard and plastic.

Amazing property

We loved our stay in this unit. The complex is quiet and the location is great! The ground floor unit allowed our daughter to run around outside as needed. The property manager’s responsive and effective communication was very much appreciated. The only knock on this place is the community pool and restaurant rules: no balls in the pool, no outside food/drinks, etc. But once we got past that issue, we had an amazing stay!

Outstanding property and incredible host

Had the best time staying at 11C at Halii Kai. Very clean property with gated entrance and all the amenities: pool with an Oceanside view, golf course, shopping and dining under 5 minutes away, and sunset views that are unbeatable. Alyson was an amazing host and was always responsive anytime I had a question or needed anything and the unit itself was very clean, spacious, had all the utensil and amenities you’d expect and need for a great stay on the island. The location was just north of Kona on the North west corner of the island and it made it very convenient if needing to get to the city and had close highway access to travel across island to Hilo. Overall had an outstanding stay!

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful complex

We were called early to say our condo was ready. The condo and its furnishings were lovely. Nice linens- good appliances. It took a little know-how to figure out the TV in the bedroom, but finally did. Washer and Dryer worked great along with the air conditioner. Would have liked a couple of beach chairs to use for the beach, but not a big deal.

Ocean View and Sunsets in Waikaloa

We stayed a week here, and the property exceeded our expectations. The first floor condo fronts on a golf course and has a full ocean view. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets from the lanai. It was very beautiful. We even saw whales. There is a private club, bar and restaurant which is also a great place to take-in the sunset. The food was good and we enjoyed dinner there on two nights during our stay. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The property is located in the Waikaloa resort area near shopping and restaurants. It's also a few minutes drive to many stunning beaches. There is a closet with an assortment of chairs, umbrella, snorkel, boogie boards, and other beach toys to use which was really awesome. The host reached out to us a couple of times during the week to make sure everything was going OK - they were very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

Location

Hali i kai is a fabulous location on waikoloa beach. This unit had nice ocean view, stunning pool and workout facility view. Well stocked, clean, lots of pool toys. Nice beds, linens and plenty of towels available. We made the comment on its cleanliness which it was but being in a tropical environment, we had a few cockroaches here and there. The place is starting to show some maintenance needs such as magnets on shower doors missing and window seals broken to the point of looking through to a beautiful setting through foggy glass windows and doors. Not a big issue and I am sure the owners will follow through. Overall will come back to this complex.

Best on the Big Island

Hali'i Kai is the best place to relax and let the vacation really settle in. Super quiet and easy access to the Oceans Club. The property was well kept and updated. Bed was super comfy. There were plenty of beach toys to make the visit to the nearby Hapuna Beach even better. The only issues I had were: 1. The bugs. The ones we saw were dead or dying. Concerned that I may have brought some home with me without knowing. 2. The sliding door did distort the view as it had some issue with the in-between-the-glass moisture. I mean, we could sit on the lovely Lanai and soak in the view, but sometimes we wanted the cool of the A/C. Everything else was 5+stars. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.
