Great Family Getaway

Had a great time at this property with our extended family! We had 10 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out but all be together. Already looking at dates for another visit next year.

Great Group House

Had a get away with a few couple friends of ours. The house was perfect with each room having a king bed and private bathroom. Property manager was awesome. Had a small issue with the dishwasher. Sent a quick message and had someone out very quickly to fix the problem. Would definitely come back.

Excellent property with plenty of space for a large group, in our case a mix of family and friends. The games space with pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, video games, etc was used extensively

The WiFi did not work unless you were in the basement. The oven is dirty and probably a fire hazard. There’s only one towel in the kitchen.

Annual Family Branson Trip

This was the perfect house for our large group of 27. Everyone had a bed, the kids had plenty to do without ever getting bored. And the adults had room to play games and then relaxed in the hot tub. Easy check in and very responsive to questions.

Awesome getaway

We had an awesome time staying at this beautiful home in Branson, MO. It's not to far from most attractions and it was stocked very well with all the basic stuff we needed. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to all our concerns. We had a group of 19 and everyone was comfortable and had a great time, especially in the game room! If ever in Branson, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a group of 14 enjoying a senior trip. They said the house was “Amazing!” Lots of room, clean and comfy. They just didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool!

Beautiful home and views

We recently returned from our Table Rock vacation and had the best time! The house was brand new, beautiful, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. House was extremely clean, beautifully decorated with high quality furniture/finishings, and comfy beds. Property was perfect with 2 beautiful pools and easy lake access for fishing. The Sauder Family of 10 adults and 12 children

Excellent accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and seating for all of us. 2 sets of washer-dryers to enable everyone to have clean/dry towels after swimming and hot tub usage. Game room was a great hit for all of us, pool table, ping pong, foose ball, and games that we had brought along. The family loved the bedroom layouts and grandkids loved the bunk bed room. Fantastic place near all the Branson events and with a Great Table Rock Lake view.

Brothers and sisters and friends vacation

Lakin Memories was nothing but perfect! Comfortable beds, large gathering areas. As we have gotten older (54-75 ages) we as siblings have decided it’s time to hang out 2 times a year on vacation and this was so perfect! Beautiful view, great deck, all amenities plus some❤️❤️

House was very well equipped, and clean. In and out was a breeze! Location is excellent for all the attractions . Beds were comfortable. It was very nice having 2 refrigerators and two dishwashers to access our large family.

Lakin Memories

Great place to stay. We did have one issue in particular. Unfortunately, the ventilation over the stove top doesn’t vent outside; therefore, if you burn something like we did, it’ll set the fire alarm off. It’ll make for an eventful evening as the fire department has to come out to shut off the alarm. The TV and couches need to be rearranged on the main floor. You can’t watch anything while relaxing on the couches. We had to contact Beth a few due to come minor needs, she was excellent to respond quickly every time. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful place. Plenty of room. Nice deck. Lake view. Great kitchen set up. Entire place is set up very well for a large group. Plenty of assigned parking spots. We all loved the games down stairs. We will definitely stay here again.

We love Branson. We love everything about Branson. The Lake, the shows, the shopping, the dining places. Just no place like it. I began my business 12 years ago, doing just what you are doing, looking for the perfect place to stay. Only I had waited too long, called and called and emailed and emailed, and could not find a spot. So I decided to buy a home and rent it out. What began as a problem was one of the biggest blessings in my life, because now I own or manage 60+ properties in the Branson area. And I have the privilege of working with the most amazing people. I have wonderful repeat guests that stay with me again and again, who are now my dear friends. And I continue to get to work with new people!! I love my cleaning crews, and my repair crews. I am blessed beyond measure with this team!!
