Its amazing amenities and close proximity to downtown and outdoor adventures make it the ideal place to stay during your vacation in Moab. In the warmer months, experience hiking, biking, kayaking, parks, and other exciting activities by day, then settle into your well-stocked, exquisitely decorated Moab vacation property at night with its open floorplan, community pool and spa, and comfortable entertaining and sleeping accommodations. In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

The place is even nicer than advertised. Superb. Spent the week with friends, cycling Moab trails. Perfect location in town to serve as your base for outings. Close to bike shops and great food. Will stay here again!

This place was fantastic! It was the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. Extremely clean. There were 6 adults staying and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Check in was very easy. The pool area was spacious and clean. The location was excellent as far as access to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park. Air conditioning worked great when needed. Highly recommend.

Great property located on the north side of town. Conveniently located near downtown restaurants, Arches National park and more. Pool is right out the back door. Property manager communicated often and was very responsive.

It was great! Very easy to get to and spacious! Be forewarned though that garbage trucks loudly pick up the trash around 6am most mornings.

A great place to stay

We were traveling with 2 other couples, and we found this place to be perfect for us. Its super-clean, nicely appointed, well-stocked and very comfortable. Location is a short drive to town and is in a nice area. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Highly recommended!!!!

This home was great location, very clean, pleaty of room and great communication with the management. They even picked us up on a bike from the home that had a popped tire, drove us back and fixed the tire by the next day!

Excellent place to stay, especially for large groups

These are excellent places to stay. We stayed here about 4 years ago and I intentionally seemed them out to stay here again. My only issue was the internet connection was not super great when numerous devices are trying to access it. Other than this it was fantastic.

This was the perfect property for our family! Close enough to town to walk, but out of the hustle and bustle of town. The house was decorated cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The garage was perfect for us to store our bikes and big enough for our truck. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. We had an excellent stay:)

We really enjoyed staying here. Communication was very efficient. We had some problem with the AC and it was handled very quickly. Very nice amenities and had everything we needed. Very comfortable for our family with children ages 7-11.

MOAB fun!

The stay was great plenty of room for all of us and everything we needed. Only down part was that all doors squeaked need to be lubricanted. Great place would definitely stay again.

Hiking Weekend

This is a very comfortable, very clean, and amazingly well equipped condo unit, that served as our (luxurious!) base camp for 4 days of hiking in Arches and Canyon Lands. The pool and hot tub is just steps outside the 1st floor. We all slept well on the very comfortable bedding. Highly recommended!!

Great location!

Great to be close to friends renting next to us. We had a wonderful time. Well furnished and my kids enjoyed riding the bikes in the neighborhood. Quiet community. It was fantastic being so close to town and shopping. Parking was challenging as we brought a car trailer for our Jeep.
