Interaction

Someone from The Butler will meet guests on arrival - so please provide travel details. Then we will be just a phone call away. Subject to COVID19 regulations the meet & greet may not be possible but we will advise in advance of any changes.

Neighborhood

Superbly located for year round activities including skiing, golfing, hiking, fishing, biking and water activities.
The Estate boasts a tennis court, Jetty, boat ramp, lakeside gas BBQs and tables for guest use.

Access

Guests will have access to one half of the garage.
The wine cellar will be locked for the owners personal use.

The architect has really done their homework here to make sure the underfloor heating and feature gas fire make for a warm and cosy home in winter. While the polished concrete floors combine with the open plan flow of the outdoor areas help keep the house cool in summer.
If you love to cook you are going to enjoy this stylish kitchen with butlers pantry it has everything you need to create a superb meal while enjoying the local produce or if barbecuing is more your style we have you covered here too with a great outdoor BBQ area.

This property is situated just minutes from the base carpark to the Remarkables Ski Field and the prestigious Jacks Point Championship Golf Course.

Highly recommended to have a rental car or two for a group staying here. There is no public transport to the Estate. Taxi fare from Frankton airport approx $40.

House Rules

This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise.
No smoking in any part of the house.
Dogs allowed (by prior approval only).
House would need to be left locked and tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the big bins – our cleaners will take care of the rest.

No drones allowed at this property
