Large Architecturally designed separate dwelling on Queenstown Hill above the town (5 mins walk to the main city centre). 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people. 2 separate bathrooms plus 2 separate toilets, 2 large separate living areas, separate breakfast sunroom, Off-street parking for 3 cars. The property boasts two front balconies with panoramic views of the Lake, the Remarkables, Walter Peak and part of Queenstown city centre. There is a third balcony with views towards Skyline Gondola. The downstairs courtyard has a new outdoor covered spa pool (hot tub) with panoramic views. There is a large fenced off rear lawn area. This dwelling is ideal for a large family or even two small families. It's a small walk down to the city centre initially through an adjoining reserve or you could even walk up to the top of Queenstown Hill and enjoy the views. Fully fitted out separate kitchen plus outdoor BBQ. Queenstown is the premiere location of New Zealand for Night life, Restaurants and Shopping. It goes without saying the adventure activities are unbelievable!

What a beautiful house and property! Was perfect for our family of 8 on our vacation. Plenty of room and views from every space. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. There were a few games and toys that the kids enjoyed. The hot tub was a great temperature and a lovely perk. Enjoyed lunches out on the deck and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Location is perfect, a quick 5 minute drive into downtown and close to the airport as well. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing house to stay in, the views are sensational ! The house was very comfortable and very large with plenty of room to move. A short walk in and back from town ( challenging hills on way back but Ubers easy to get if you don’t feel like a workout) .We loved our stay here and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

You won’t want to leave!

This house is absolutely stunning. The view is really second to none and enjoyable from 3 of 4 bedrooms, the hot tub, and through the panoramic floor to ceiling windows in the living / dining room. There is a separate very comfortable tv room as well. So much space and so many views. Perfect!
