Welcome to Summer Breeze! This beautiful two story TownHouse, located in the heart of Cinnamon Shore, is the perfect getaway for a couple or a family with up to three children.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Featuring a very large king primary suite that encompasses the entire second floor, with 16 foot ceilings, double height bay windows that provide lots of natural light, a King bed, full bath, writing desk, sofa, 55" TV, and full size washer and dryer. On the first floor enjoy a fully equipped kitchen area with high-end stainless steel appliances, a granite kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table. Downstairs also includes a very comfortable twin size bed nook, a queen size sleeper sofa with a lazy boy comfort mattress, 1/2 bath, other seating, and a 55" TV.

Palm trees line the sidewalks and bright flora dot the community, creating a beautiful lush walk to the three resort style pools, two fishing lakes, and two beach boardwalks. Dining options on property are just a few steps away, including Lisabella's fine dining restaurant, and Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria.

Other amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals, golf cart rentals, bike rentals, and many other family-friendly activities. During the summer enjoy family movie nights in the Town Center, surf lessons, bonfires at the beach, live bands at the Town Center, and more! Cinnamon shore is just a five minute drive from downtown Port Aransas for even more dining, shopping, and other fun attractions.

But for the price, you can find better units within Cinnamon Shore. This unit does not have assigned parking spots like many of the other units here. You are located really close to Dylan's, so the parking spots in front of this unit are almost always full, especially in the evening. Good luck parking your vehicle and golf cart close by.

Only thing I would say is maybe explain the way the parking works and location of accessible outdoor shower. But, we figured it out on our own.

Reviewer Comments: It was fine, the cable/tv on the first floor took a while to understand the operation process, frustrating, the maintenance tech was baffled as well as the sound bar would not cooperate. An operation guide would have been helpful. The facility needed more dish towels, and a spare roll of paper towels, and more large garbage bags would have been nice. A lot of cotton towels, which was nice, the appliances were all good, the "kids" were beeping their cart horns after 10 PM, which for us older folks kept us up, suggest a rule no carts after 10 pm for the under 21 club. Generally, a very good concept for young families, staying around the main square is not the quiet spot, but all in all, a very nice property. Dylan's is a nice restaurant; the main square and its condition was excellent with the healthy grass and a great spot for the young families to run around.

My Stay in the Summer Breeze Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We encountered several issues, the ice maker in the frig was leaking upon arrival. We tried to work with the office on this and after 3 calls they finally sent Jordan over to help. She was to fix the issue and we had to leave and upon coming back the ice make was still leaking and did through our entire time there. I gave up on trying to get help on this.The gentleman who was supposed to do a pre-check on our unit did not do this and showed up just was we were getting in the unit, and we did not know the ice maker was leaking, so we were not to tell him about it.We were ran off the road by a lawn maintenance guy in a truck and trailer and had I not moved quickly he would have hit us.The coffee makers had old k-cups in them for the previous folks who had rented the unit.Now for the good stuff, the property, pools and Restuarant's were awesome, and we had a lovely vacation and will plan another trip in the near future.

Kitchen was well stocked and all the details like plenty of towels, beach towels and paper goods were thought of. The upstairs bedroom was huge and a great space. The only downside is that if you use the sleeper sofa which we did it cuts off access to the whole downstairs. It is very tight you have to step over the bed to get through to the kitchen. Other than that one thing we loved it. The location was great and the first floor entry was very convenient.
