AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

This one bedroom condo is perfect for a couple, a small family or a girls trip to the beach. The beautiful primary bedroom is private while the double set of hallway bunks provide a cozy space for all. The rolling barn door closes off the hallway bunks providing privacy for those who choose to snooze. Enjoy the balcony, having front row seats to the many famous town center activities from movie night to live music or a simple beautiful sunset. This Grand Blvd location is 10 homes away from the boardwalk leading down to the beach and a few steps to the Dune Pool making it an easy walk to everything including The Market and Coffee Waves. With a modern West Elm vibe this all white condo feels clean and ready to welcome those looking for a place to rest and get cleaned up to enjoy an evening just steps away at Lisabella’s or Dylan’s Pizzeria.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

The Bunkhouse is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Bunkhouse the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great stay!! The elevator takes forever and has no AC. We couldn’t get in it it was so hot. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Was fine for us but if you’re older it might be tough if your in and out of your room a lot!

Exceeded our expectations! We are from Houston and usually take the kids to Rosemary Beach, FL for a few days every year. Not sure if we will need to do that anymore with how much fun the kids had at Cinnamon Shores. Condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well kept and maintained. Location, location, location - could not have been better! Condo was right by the restaurants/shops. Pool and beach were a short stroll away! Would recommend to anyone!

Great Stay

This was our first trip to Cinnamon Shores and it was fantastic. The condo had a Keurig, coffee pods, laundry soap pods, three beach towels, a beach bag to borrow, extra pillows and blankets, and plenty of bath towels and toilet paper for our stay. Many items listed above we brought ourselves but it was nice to have so many consumables supplied. The community was quiet and clean, and we will definitely be back. We did have someone in our assigned parking spot, which I expected from previous reviews, but luckily they checked out the next day and our spot was available from there on out. Great stay, and we can’t wait to go back!

First Stay At Cinnamon Shore

No signage for the elevator but finally found it. Parking is confusing but close. Excellent TV and WiFi.

Perfect for our family!

We had a great time here. We traveled with our 5 year old and 2 year old. They ended up sleeping with us in the king bed but could have slept on the bunk beds. Note that this room is on the 3rd floor. I missed that part when I booked. Perfect location to sit on your balcony and listen to the music in the circle, if there is a band playing. You can’t really see the band, but can hear it! We will be back!

Elevator problem

The elevator was not working for 2 days . We had to walk 3 floors. We are elderly and it was very difficult. I have not heard an apology from company.

Not the best stay

Reviewer Comments: A/c was out when we got there, had to stay in another house for one night, they didn’t have any extra houses for us to stay in the remainder of our stay. A/c was fixed we had to go back the next day. Just a lot of unnecessary back and forth. TV was confusing, not clean, musty smell, dead bugs on arrival. Needs better up keep. Has a good time on the beach but house could have been better, not up to the cinnamon shore standards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The barn sliding door which separates the kitchen from the hall way was quite dangerous. If you just pushed it slight it would come off the rails and potentially fall, quite worrisome with two young kids. The mattress in the king size bed had a large dip in it. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink faucet. We also had two different people park in the condo’s dedicated parking spot. We even reported one of the cars to security who didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it, even though there was a parking slip hanging from the rear view mirror with their details on it. This was highly frustrating as we have two young kids and the one dedicated parking space for the condo so we then had to try and find somewhere else to park and haul all our stuff from there to the condo. We really liked the resort but for the money we paid expected better quality finishings (eg mattresses).

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. All amenities needed were provided and the location was very convenient. Our only two complaints were that there are beach towels pictured in the listing photos which is misleading because there were none provided. Also, the live music concerts until 10pm were very loud since this unit is located directly across from the town center.

Good place for a small family but a few things need worked on

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our family of 5 as far as size goes. The dishes in the condo were left dirty and we had to clean them prior to using them. There is ZERO water pressure at the kitchen sink (probably why the dishes are dirty) but the showers had plenty of pressure so not sure what the issues was. Only complaint outside of that was we had 2 adults and 5 kids there for 5 days and they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. You cannot buy toilet paper onsite and we were told to get with house keeping only to be told that was the standard for a 5 night stay, 2 rolls! We did have 3 boxes of tissues and 3 rolls of paper towels but only 2 rolls of TP. I expect to have enough toilet paper when you pay the premium that we did to stay at such a facility or at least offer the sell more onsite. Other than that maintenance seemed to be lacking as there were multiple light bulbs out in our condo and in the hallway on our floor making the area outside very dark at night and hard to see. We will choose a different condo next time and hopefully things will be better.

Great Resort Not Great Property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stay at Cinnamon Shore, however, I would have to say that this was my least favorite property to stay in so far. The front door handle would not latch, so you could only use the dead bolt to keep the door closed. The kitchen faucet had very little water pressure and the kitchen was minimally stocked. The light in the bathroom vent and over the shower would not work, however, I did call the staff and they promptly sent someone over the same day to fix the light over the shower. The bathroom lavatory faucet would never get hot, just luke warm. I felt the layout was awkward and there wasn't much storage in the bedroom or closet. We were given two designated parking tags but we only had one space and every time we left someone was parked in our spot when we returned. This property just wasn't a good fit for us. We will definitely return to Cinnamon Shore but will choose a different property to stay in.

Nice But Very Small

I think the condo was very nice and beatifully decorated. My only complaint is it was not clear to me that the bunks were in the hall. So we had four bunks right outside our door and we were sharing a bathroom. I thought the bunk room would be a separate room. When you walk in you pass the bunks on your right. It's a squeeze. Considering that I felt it was rather overpriced.

Nice to have something close for a long weekend. Unit was not ready at 4pm check in. They should have enough time to clean the unit since check out is 10am or they should have enough staff for a quick turn over. Any case a place like this should anticipate and manage the check in better.
