40th Birthday Celebration

We wanted to do something special for our friend that was turning 40!!When we found this house and that it was in walking distance for us to take her out to Deluca’s for her birthday dinner it was a must !! I will say the house was amazing - everything was very clean…the pictures of the house were spot on the decor was beautiful. All of us girls had our own vanity in our rooms to get ready. Will defiantly stay again.

Eclipse birthday

Friends spending the weekend for the eclipse and to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed Hot Springs and the VRBO was perfect. There was a glitch in the beginning. The owner took care of it immediately. We were all very happy.

A beautiful and clean property!

The home was absolutely gorgeous. Everything you need is provided. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable and the strip is within walking distance. Communication with the owner was easy and seamless. Loved the property and we will be back.

Hot Springs Tradition

This property is wonderful. Beautiful house with just the right amenities for a weekend stay. This was our 3rd stay, Independence Day weekend, and we love it. So close to downtown that walking is not a problem. This is our go-to place for our new family tradition.

Texas girls trip

The home decor was neat. Being that this was an old house it had some flaws. Pictures sometimes misconstrued what parts of the house really looked like. Throws to cover up and rugs were dirty. Parking wasn’t revealed until a few days before which was on the street. This home sat beside a rundown hotel property which was creepy. The extras spoke of in the house such as snacks, soap etc. we’re dollar store finds. Being on a hill was a challenge with luggage etc. and the same for walking into the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay being together but will find a different property in the future.

Close to Central Avenue

You can’t beat this location. And the house is decorated in Art Deco glam. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice property.

Incredible location

House was incredibly decorated. Very clean and perfect location to the Main Street. Weather was amazing for sitting out on the patio.

Great weekend

This house is great plenty of room to stretch put and relax. Walking distance to a ton of shop’s restaurants and bars. The kitchen was great to be able to wake up and cook breakfast.

Perfect location!

Property was perfect for a girls weekend birthday getaway! We parked our car and it didn't move all weekend. We were able to walk to all the bathhouses, restaurants, gangster museum, etc. The house was thoughtfully decorated and every detail covered. We would definitely rent this gem again!

Great Stay in Heart of Hot Springs

We (2 couples) stayed here for two nights while in Hot Springs. Enjoyed the beautiful home. It’s in a great neighborhood and is only a 5-6 minute walk to the downtown Hot Springs area. Communication and entire process was seamless. Thanks for a great stay for our trip!

Three nights in Hot Springs

The house was great. It was very clean, well furnished, has a great porch, everything you need is there. Justin was very responsive both before and during our stay. We walked into Hot Springs everyday. It is a short walk to the National Park Visitor Center, great restaurants, hiking, etc. If we ever make it back to Hot Springs we will definitely stay here again.

Hot Springs Weekend

This house is very beautiful. Is in a great location, safe, and walking distance to Bathhouse Row. The owner is very easy to work with and is very prompt when a question is asked. I've stayed there twice and will definitely stay again next time I'm in Hot Springs.

Great location!

This house was beautiful and cozy. We felt like we were at home. The location of the house is ideal, all you had to do is leave the car parked near the house and take a short walk to all the activities, shopping and places to eat.

Beautiful home in a great downtown location!

The Victoria is in one word stunning! The decor is amazing and all the amenities you need are there. We had a great time hanging out on the front porch. Would definitely stay again!!!

QUICK TRIP

The Property was very clean filled with ample supplies including coffee, snack bars and chocolate. Beautifully decorated, very up to date. Nice spacious front porch for afternoon wine. Very easy to walk to downtown and be in the middle of the historic district. Overall perfect.

Best Location in Hot Springs

You can't beat the location of this lovely home in Hot Springs. We walked to Bathhouse row every day and it was so nice not to have to deal with parking. That being said, you are very close to downtown and all the colorful people who hang out there. The home is smartly updated and comfy to stay in.

Beautiful and relaxing, great location

This house is lovely and located on a quiet street just two blocks from the bustling downtown area of Hot Springs. We had a wonderful multi-day stay walking around the National Park, embroidering at the long dining room table, and relaxing in the two well-decorated sitting rooms. Check in and out was super easy and we only had one question during the stay, which was responded to in less than five minutes. I have already recommended this property to several friends and would happily stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Hot Springs

I think our favorite part of this property was just how close it was to downtown. It is by far the nicest place you can stay that is walking distance from downtown that isn’t a hotel. We walked to the bathhouse row every day and dinner every night. It is only 5-10 minutes depending on which part of the row you’re heading to. The property is a nice corner lot half way up a hill that has a beautiful porch where you can sit and look out over part of the town. The inside is even more charming. It is a fabulously renovated old home with the beautiful original wood flooring being the base for some modern decor and comforts. Some of the furniture is not the comfiest, but the beds were great. The property is great for short stays, but the inclusion of a washer and dryer, full kitchen with drink ware, silverware, and everything else you may need made it a perfect long term rental. The TV in the living room is large, and there is an Amazon Alexa throughout the house to play you music and whatever else you may need. There is only one bathroom, not a big deal for me and my wife being the only guests but may become an issue if you have more than that. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone! Stay at the Victoria and get the full Hot Springs experience.
